I go to the gym four times a week. I'm trying to get swole so my training consists of weight lifting and try to work out each muscle group twice a week. Hardest part is the diet though.

Why is your orientation so long? Mine was like a day. Although I did do a little camp thing when I started college to ease the transition which lasted a week. But orientation shouldn't be that long, there's classes and shit to focus on.

-Exposure to whatever gives you anxiety kills it. This is how I've pretty much rid myself of most anxiety
-Meditation
-confidence in yourself helps with anxiety in dealing with other people
Anxiety can be good though. The best thing Ive done is changing my view on it to help push me to preform better or whatever. Look up "TED talk stress"
Also things that make mine worse in the long run are:
-marijuana
-Nonexposure to things. It can buiod back up
-CAFFEINE! Caffeine kills me, when i was taking 600mg of caffeine a day through preworkouts i would have terrible anxiety just being on the computer
You have to cycle your pre. OT: I rarely have anxiety because I make it a priority to get and keep my life in order. If I do get anxiety I either chill with my friends (company is the best stress reliever in my opinion) or I smoke weed.

Ugh, that's the worst. There are certainly people around to talk to about stuff like that, but #blogposting (or even worse, lashing out at people, not that I know of Meta doing that) is simply an awful way to deal with those feelings. It's not healthy.
He said it so much that most people knew he wasn't going to do anything. It was just a gimmick to get attention, probably like the Wikipedia scholar thing he has going.

To be fair, when I had a 360 most of my games were multi platform. Only exclusives I had was Halo, Gears, and Forza. And I ended up selling gears. Maybe I'll look more into the exclusives, but play station always seemed to be lacking in them.
