Any beta player will tell you that they completely downgraded the original ideas into the final product we have today. The beta was fun, whereas the actual game initially wasn't, at least for me. I guess that's where a lot of my distaste originated from back in 2010, so I did admittedly ignore the positive aspects because of that.
Looking back, it's not a bad game, just a bit disappointing. It's not the worst Bungie's ever done, but it's definitely not the pinnacle of their achievements. 6905

http://www.itv.com/news/update/2014-11-10/itv-decides-not-to-continue-dapper-laughs-show/
For those of you that don't know, 'Dapper Laughs' is a TV show which depicts some random bellend that goes about making shit jokes about having sex with women. Essentially he's the UK equivalent of a glorified frat boy for you burgerclaps. Now, I don't particularly find him very funny, but I'm going to support him anyway because I don't think his show being lynched by the politically correct mob that basically want everything on TV to be silhouette cardboard cut outs, was warranted. Entertainment and art is supposed to be the appropriate venue for those kinds of thoughts to be vented, not stifled. Nothing will ever be enough for these fucking crybabies. 6924
