You have the right to say what you like without fear of being physically assaulted by anyone, but that also means everyone else has the right to call you out on your bullshit and verbally humiliate/disagree/refute whatever rhetoric comes out your mouth. The only time the government should step in on speech, or anyone else for that matter, is when threats are involved in a serious context. Emphasis on serious. A comedian joking about murder/rape/any kind of heinous crime or casual banter between mates are not threats and should never be criminally punishable.

Yeah, the Dark Night is up there, but as are individual Marvel Movies.

I'm just hoping that the Justice League movies that are gonna come out don't suck ass.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm a bit skeptical at the pace they're going which makes it seem like they just want to catch up with Marvel as quickly as possible. But then again, maybe the Marvel method of characterization isn't the be all and end all on how to develop a melting pot of strong characters.
