I don't expect anyone here to understand Goth Boy Clique. Also fun fact did you know both of his parents were Harvard graduates? I wonder what the disconnect was... it probably the drugs and bad influences at school or his parent's divorce. I really enjoyed his raw talent and sad message like you can tell he was really suffering and he knew he was going to die soon. He was also one of the few artists that sounded the same recorded and live. RIP Lil Peep.

I have improved our department's knowledge database by making it easier for new employees to understand and learn the ropes faster creating smaller gaps in learning time. I have had the highest scorecard score in the call center for over a year now. My greatest mistake is caring too much, and I've overcome that by reminding myself that I am human and I am not able to fix the world. They would say that I am dedicated, hardworking, and focused.

What position is it that you're applying for?
It's a lead position at my job. It will get me off of the phones and give me more time working on the database coding. I'll also have my own "team" of employees that I will coach on bettering their work performance (we are graded on a 4 point scale like GPA based on our call times and accuracy of troubleshooting).

Depending on how large the company is, it's pretty standard. Disney does it which leads to people making acquaintances with the management team ahead of time everywhere, very nepotistic and I hate it.
Shit stain I work with got what was coming to her cause of that, she had an interview for one of the parks and she knew the management team there, but her interviewer was someone completely different and flat out denied her. She was all smug about it in between too, she was saying that the weekend was her last weekend with us and now she's stuck here with us and I might get an interview next week.
Yeah for whatever reason they do a formal interview process for the promotions... idk Haaaa shit stain got what she deserved cocky bitch.

I recently dug out my old minolta camera. I've waiting for it to warm up a bit to go out and venture with it.
Oh shit boi I've got a Minolta too!... Well, 3 of them actually. Two X-300's and an X-500 I gave to my gf because they're great little cameras and you can usually get 'em for around £20-30 on E-bay.
First one's been in the family for ages, my Uncle took it to the Falklands with him.
I have an SRT101 with a huge ass zoom lens. One of my neighbors was moving when I was in high school and he was selling his son's old photography things in a garage sale. My parent's wouldn't buy it for me, so he just gave it all to me. Super nice guy.
