Considering that I was dying of cancer and was in severe pain, it was the most magical sensation I had ever felt up to that point.
I kind of wish I'd gotten to go out on cocaine, though, but that's neither here nor there.
The morphine should have forced you to vomit though.
It wasn't the main thing on my mind at the time.

The main pointof hentai is to create a character that sexually appealing to whatever fetish audience it is directed at and have them engage in unrealistic sexual acts such as with the commonly known tentacle rape scenes. Due to the fact that hentai is intended to satisfy unrealistic sexual desires with unrealistically attractive people, I can only believe that an addiction to it would be the result of unfulfilled sexual needs, the root cause of which, I cannot determine without more insight into your life.
