What did you think of it? I hope we're all in agreement that it was far superior to the anime with Ash. The fights were fucking awesome, Charizard vs Blastoise being the real highlight.

Hope they make a Johto one.

I really liked Vegeta's development as a character.

Me too, he's actually my favorite.

Discuss.

Spoiler
Personally, I disagree. It seems a lot of people who say it haven't even seen the original series. I like how he starts off as a young recluse living in the mountains, and over the story grows both physically and emotionally. Seeing him lose his shit against Frieza was a highlight, since up to this point he was relatively cool and lighthearted.

I already have DS2 with all the DLC. Is there any reason to get this?
no
I heard it had the textures we were promised in the E3 trailers, as well as a few more features. Though that alone probably wouldn't encourage me to buy it again.
No. It's essentially the PC version
PC update was actually quite underwhelming from what I've seen.
No, I mean the Xbone/PS4 is basically the PC version + plus the new add-ons.

The DSII we all saw back when it was shown off doesn't exist beyong that.
Graphically yes, but the main reason to get it is the new enemy and item placements which are pretty nice.

Also 6 players online.
The more co op partners is kind of overpowered if you ask me. If you all attack at the same time you can stunlock a lot of the bosses now. So the easy ones like the Dragonrider get just utterly destroyed almost instantly.
It's easy, but it really is rather fun.
Oh yeah don't get me wrong it is pretty cool. but I mean like a group of 4 people can just kill the pursuer in his first encounter, when that's supposed to be basically impossible to a new player
First time players yea. Now I beat him there every time.

I want to play it just because. Is there any continuity with the first game?
You fight Ornstein again and you can find Havel's armor. Also in NG+ you get the 4 Lord Souls from DS1.

And Souls II obviously wasn't as good as the first. But there's still fun to be found in the game regardless.

I've beaten it like 4 times and I don't really find it enjoyable any more. The environments are bland and weirdly placed and some of the bosses feel underwhelming.

Longevity of the campaign usually wears down after the 3rd or 4th run.

I was talking pvp wise.
I miss being a Darkwraith :(

How much do you like hash browns? They're my favorite part of a breakfast. They taste too perfect.
