Her attacks are so easy to dodge I don't get why people found her difficult, same with The Rotten.

Not sure when you beat the Sinner, but she was extremely nerfed in the first post-release update. Sinner V2 is easy, Sinner V1? Definitely not so much.
I got DS2 not long after it came out so I think I beat V1 Actually now that I think about it, a few of the bosses in SOTFS seemed easier, though it may just be me actually being good at the game at this point.

Yahoo News (via tipster Pyke) and Famitsu report that Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama will be handling the new anime’s story. The series will take place after Goku defeats Majin Buu, and the world has become a peaceful place again. So basically, the same time as GT but canon and (hopefully not bad)

Most Dark Souls bosses that were supposed to be difficult didn't give me that much trouble
Manus, Kalameet, Biggie Smalls, and Bed of Chaos were all pretty easy and didn't take me more than three attempts each.
Some of the bosses that were supposed to be easy, however - like Gaping Dragon - took me fucking forever.
I beat Manus first time but I wouldn't say he was easy

i also felt like alduin was supposed to be a LOT harder, but that entire game was easymode so i probably shouldnt have been surprised.
Alduin probably would've been harder if you didn't have the other guys helping you.

Yeah I noticed that too. I don't think any of his attacks are one hit kills anymore.
Still used a Gyrm greatshield to be cheap and get it over with though haha, he is not fun at all to fight.
You don't even need it, I think they nerfed his fire AOE distance too...

I beat the Rotten on my second try, but I consider it a more difficult boss than most of the others.
You can circle strafe pretty much every other boss in the game and destroy them without losing any health, but if you even get close to the Rotten you're dead -it doesn't matter if you're blocking because he burns through your stamina.
And then there's those burning pools of shit everywhere in his arena.
The AOE is the only one that gets me. I'm using him to farm, got the bonfire on +6 right now :p
