Who are the grand members?

Basically the cards that let you summon shit like Tyrone, Captain Planet, Smash Master, etc.

Did you just say I'm similar to a black guy and Captain Planet?

I'm offended.

Ya

Gaming / Re: Anyone here still playing Skyrim?
« on: February 13, 2016, 07:41:20 PM »
Fallout 3 was good, Skyrim still sets a benchmark for modern games, and Fallout 4 looks to be packed with an obscene amount of content. I'm getting pretty sick of these mopey threads talking about how shitty Fallout 3 was supposed to be, how boring Skyrim is (hint: if you're bored in Skyrim, you're a boring fucking person and there's no fixing that), and how supposedly bad Fallout 4 will be.

If a game keeps me interested and immersed for long periods of time then it's doing something right imo. I think the only time I get bored of Skyrim is when I don't play it for a long stretch of time then come back to it and feel a bit lost. I know it's lacking in a bunch of areas but it's so damn fun.

I did end up giving up on Fallout 4 though, it lost my interest :(
Yeaaah I know that feeling.

I dunno why, it just felt a lot more... shallow for some reason.

Whenever I start walking somewhere I usually get bored halfway through my journey and quit

Also settlement building got increasingly tedious
yup

it's a damn shame because it has so much promise

but whilst playing it all i could think about was just getting FNV running on a good PC with a few good mods and bewp - perfect.

damn shame

As much as I like seeing new things, a return to somewhere like New Vegas with new gameplay and stuff would be amazing. New Vegas's atmosphere and aesthetic was great, I love that kind of shit.

Hell, RDR showed that Westerns can still be fucking amazing when done right so a big open world Western RPG could be pretty rad even if it isn't Fallout
Yeah I mean if they spliced fallout 4's mechanical improvements into something like FNV then i'd be plugging in an IV and getting a literal shitbucket

can we send this to Bethesda
weeeeeell

i doubt they'd listen tbh

I hope they do because I'll say please

I just did this to my friend, impeccable timing.

So is the game almost complete to play?

Thanks T-blocks I've been rather afk this past week or so. How many cards are there atm, and how many more are needed?

Pretty sure they're all done now, I think there's like 70

6979
So is the game almost complete to play?

No idea, everything is ready apart from a few card backgrounds I might change.

I could just be remembering wrong or something, but weren't you doing this for a class project or something like that?

That's a separate card game, totally different heh

I'm only playing the PS3 version

I'm so sorry.

Don't need it, I'm enjoying it and that's all that matters.

I'm on my 5th character now, and still really enjoying it. I go through times were I get really into it and want to play nothing else. I know it's a bit lame in some parts of it but I really do find myself becoming engrossed in the world and building my character and history. Hell, I'm only playing the PS3 version and it's still fun without the millions of mods.
