I don't think this "they are scared and dont want to resist you" argument holds up when they exhibit all of the typical mating behaviors of their breed. At one point I acknowledged that I was wrong in saying that passivism from them is consent, that wasn't right. Except the conversation progressed past there, we've been talking about active participation now. If they participate, then they are consenting in a meaningful way and I doubt they will be traumatized. And you should just be sure to take proper precautions to prevent injury, you wouldn't fuck a Chiuahua.
