I don't understand why you're not modding it if you got it for the Xbox. That's the entire point of getting it again.

Gaming / Re: Why cant Bethesda ever make a game that actually has good graphics« on: November 18, 2016, 11:31:11 AM »
They're running on the same engine since Morrowind. Eventually it's going to reach a limit in terms of what you can do with it. You can only pile so much on a foundation before it can't take anymore. CoD had the same effect, using the same engine since CoD 2.

Just got all the collectibles and codex entries for the campaign. It was a grind, but it was worth it for that flashy revolver, and the Black Bess Landship skin.

You know for as bad as the Italian bit of the campaign was, the ending was insanely freaking morbid. It doesn't help he says "happy birthday" to his brother at the end, and then the text tells you all those who died were known as the "Lost Generation".
Very heavy. 2615

Gaming / Re: Skyrim playthrough« on: November 17, 2016, 02:35:48 PM »Regardless of what difficulty you play then, it'll be easy. I COULD say change it up a bit for stealth. For example I only use my bow to hit walls to turn enemies around. Otherwise I slice their throats with a dagger.Don't be a stealth archer, because it's god awful boring. Try something different. Thanks for the advice, but I'm gonna have to go 0/4. :p Stormcloak is okay. I'm not touching it even when doing the main story since you can do the cool treaty thing I've never done before. 2618

Go Imperial because you don't need racist xenophobes with tunnel vision running the system I'd say play on normal (adept) difficulty if trying something new, if only to get used to it. Also make sure to download mods like the alternate start mod, and such. 2620

I've been feeling the urge to just sit down and read a book again.Holy hell, just write some books already. Fallout and TES have so much lore behind them that you could go full Halo and write some books with it. They DID do a book or two in TES, but I wish they did more. 2628

I know neocon means neoconservative, but what exactly do they stand for? Like, who is the person who inspired their ideology? Is it like old school Republicans?

Gaming / Re: I bought Dark Souls 3« on: November 16, 2016, 02:46:29 PM »I don't. I've been keeping my mouth shut mostly since I'd be too lazy to get into the discussion again, but I think Dark Souls 2 was more a proper sequel than Dark Souls 3 since I personally feel Souls 3 was almost always just taking from the glory days of Dark Souls 1, without taking bold and new directions like 2 did.You people are some fickle motherfuckers. I'm not saying 2 was the better game (though I think the PvP experience in DS2 is the best in the series), because it had its fair share of issues (ADAPTABILITY AS A SKILL WHYYYY), but it felt like the devs actually tried to take a risk or two. Dark Souls 3 felt like almost all the armor was from Dark Souls 1, or they were flashing things from DS1 in your face going "hey guys remember this? Member???" I felt the same way with Pokemon X/Y, though not to as massive of a degree. They things they shoved in your face in X/Y from gen 1 was terrible. Edit: And for what its worth, ignoring the first DLC of DS2, I felt they learned from their mistakes and took the criticism to heart and made two great DLC's that helped the overall product. Now we compare yet for DS3 yet since all the DLC isn't out yet, and there will be more patches along the way, but yeah. 2630

Actually, since TES is their baby, yeah only stick to that. They'd mess up Fallout canon even more. 2632

Even as someone who didn't want Trump to win, some people just bitch and bitch and bitch about things that will never effect their daily lives. Maybe pay attention on the local level and see who's in office there. Factually speaking, they'll fuck with your lives more. 2640
