After Shogun Neo is done scolding mifune. He draws his sword, and beheads him.
WTF?!
Doing something like what mifune did in Japan either got you beheaded or you were forced to commit seppuku. Do you not know the ways of the Japanese?

Shogun Neo requests that President septy take in his 9 year old son Nobunaga Neo. For he feels Japan is no longer safe for his child. And he wishes that his son learn western technology and customs.

Shogun Neo arrives at the battle scene. He and his samurai come aboard the Chinese ships. Requesting to see mifune.
Shui demands to procure ten katanas before handing over Mifune.

Shogun Neo knows nothing of these political terms. He says he will after he sees mifune, for he will need his.
Shui cautiously agrees and takes Mifune from the brig, handing him over to Neo.

Shogun Neo orders mifune to bow. And begins scolding him in Japanese.

Because Japan made no effort to stop the fires from being lit, the Japanese masts are set on fire. The Chinese army lost four thousand men in the battle, and continue to mop up the remaining footsoldiers. Admiral Jiang was killed in the battle. His successor, Lieutenant Shui, attempts to find the Japanese commander.
Messenger bird sent to china from shogun Neo directly. He asks the Chinese lieutenant to hold the soldiers hostage on the ships. And to leave the workers and crew alive. It is not what it seems.
Lieutenant Shui commands all Chinese soldiers to cease the hostilities. Japanese soldiers are stripped of their arms, and the mast fires are put out. The captured soldiers are held in the brig. Shui sends Neo a letter in return, telling him that he knows what China wants.

Shogun Neo replies. Stating that all political arrangements were to be handled by tshuchiko mifune while he was visiting New Zealand.
Shui attempts to fine Mifune and speak to him on an equal level.

Shogun Neo sends another message. Requesting that the commanding officer give him their exact location. For he will arrive there personally.
Lieutenant Shui declines, instead finding Mifune and asking him to surrender.

Mifune surrenders.
The Lieutenant asks Mifune if there are any katanas on board. If even one is given to the Lieutenant, Mifune and every single Japanese soldier will be spared and given a ship and supplies to sail back to Japan. If not, the situation will be grim for those incarcerated.
Bro, these aren't elite troops. Of course there aren't any on board. You should know this. I'm sending shogun Neo personally.
Would it kill you to tell me this in-game? Jeez.

Shui accepts this, but warns that if more than a single Japanese ship is seen on the horizon, every captured soldier, and Mifune himself, will be executed.
But I stated what soldiers were sent much much earlier. It was the same troops that were supposed to go to Africa. Which were ashigaru and bowmen. Since you knew exactly how many I sent, I thought you knew what they were as well.

Shogun Neo sends another message. Stating this matter is not representation of Japan's actions. For mifune was in complete control for the time he was visiting New Zealand. Meaning he heard nothing of political affairs and conflict on his vacation.

Steel weapons and armor given to all soldiers
HOW?!?!?
This. It took me many, many pages to get my army armed with steel swords. You literally discovered steel two pages ago, you have yet to manufacture enough to outfit your army with it.
Tis  joke bro. Chilax.
Although. I have started giving steel katana to my samurai. Not all of them have it.

Word spreads to Japan, and gets to Shogun Neo in New Zealand.
Shogun Neo is outraged. And requests president septty comes with him to talk to the Chinese.
President Septy refuses to get involved.

Shogun Neo tells septy this is all political. Nothing military.

The Chinese soldiers continue to board Japan's ships, and the Chinese captains deftly position their ships to obtain the easiest access point for the soldiers. The soldiers focus their attention on the archers first, attempting to take them out before any other soldiers. Three out of five Japanese masts are now on fire.

Archers are in the back. You never stated to bring any ranged weapons, how can you hit them?
And that soldier was never confirmed to have even successfully light the ship on fire. And even if he did, fire doesn't jump across water to other boats.
And since you didn't stop him, he did light it...
still doesn't explain how the fire magically jumped from one boat across the water to another. The boats are spread out. The battle is all over.
I was implying that others lit the fires, not that it spread. But you've got me there, I'll explicitly state it for you.

The second wave of Chinese soldiers board the Japanese ships, quickly overtaking the worse-equipped Japanese sailors. The archers are quickly reached and start to be dispatched as the first wave shifts its focus toward finishing off the sailors and lighting the Japanese masts on fire.
How can you state something like that after the battle is already in a point past that? If you were going to state it you should've done it. Not wait till the battle played out differently and then bring this in changing the battle entirely.
Oh my god, what are you talking about? All I did was say that the other two fires were never lit (to please you), and then unleash my second wave on your boats. I was already defeating your army, now I'm just finishing up.

I literally outnumbered you 2:1, outequipped, and outmatched you. It's only logical that I would tear through your defenses.
I meant that as a future reference. It's almost  midnight and I'm falling asleep here. But whatever. Message sent to china..

Production of steel katana and armor begins.
Army size, 62,000.

And secondclass. Apparently we have officially been fighting on the ships for a year  :P
Time slows down in battles. And how did you go from "Current army size, 54,000" to 62,000 in a year, with no indication that you were expanding, or progress meter?
Sounds familiar. Doesn't it?
Not at all. When I expand, I show how.

Quote
15,000 soldiers — 30%
Example^

How does that not sound familiar at all to you? Man, it seems you forgot the FOUN.

Completely missed the fact that three thousand arrows are constantly being shot into your soldiers.
Did you not read the edit? 3,000 archers don't immediately win you a battle, especially when the opponent has steel armor, shields, and vastly outnumbers you. It does weigh the battle more highly in your favor, though.
I edited that shit before you even posted this. Nice job.
