I like this story, in all honesty.

Seriously, what did you guys want?

Cortana's been descending into shit since the end of Halo 2. We needed that plot thread to go somewhere, and for her to be an antagonist, if you ask me, is cool.

Yeah so why not get your BS in Astronomy then pursue a master's in journalism?

Sounds like a p solid plan to me
I gotta ask around the administration. I'm just a freshman, I'm not in a huge rush, I still want to explore a bit.

Fuck going to graduate school.

I ain't smart enough to trudge through four more years of brain-numbing math that I probably can't do anyway, my BS in Astronomy is going to be hard enough on its own. Umass Amherst has a program called BDIC (Bachelors Degree with Independent Concentration, which I'm currently in), which I might use to design a major entirely centered around scientific journalism and maybe incorporate some public relations with STEM organizations.
You could always go to graduate school in something not directly tied to your BS but that would still make you appealing to employers. Just saying its not like you HAVE to go get a Masters in Astronomy, a lot of people seem to think that's their only option.
No, believe me, I know how tight the job market is for Astronomy. I don't want to go into research, fuck that. I want to teach people, at least in some form. Whether that be through writing (Easily my strongest area) or some other way, I just want to get knowledge out there for people in an accessible, appealing way. It's why journalism is a nice opportunity.

Yeah and economic intervention by the government would be violating that philosophy.
I didn't vote for anything like that and I'm still in the bottom left.

Let's keep in mind if you're in the bottom left you're a hypocrite.
what do you mean
Legislating morality as well as social or financial equality is incompatible with baseline libertarian stances.
Isn't the baseline libertarian philosophy just that individuals are the center of government concerns? Because that doesn't sound hypocritical to me.

And I'm not talking about liberals vs. conservatives. I mean just libertarian.
I don't quite get what you mean.

Libertarianism is basically "free markets and personal liberties: the party."
I dunno, we were talking about Libertarianism in my World Politics lecture and he just sort of generalized the political philosophy as centering around the needs and desires of individuals.

Yeah, wikipedia says something similar: "Libertarianism (Latin: liber, "free") is a political philosophy that upholds liberty as its principal objective. Libertarians seek to maximize autonomy and freedom of choice, emphasizing political freedom, voluntary association, and the primacy of individual judgment."

No real way of knowing yet since Disney BTFO the old canon
No, we do know. The Empire quickly phases out the clones after RoTS. By the time of five years before ANH they're all recruits.
And they all suck cock at literally everything because the Grand Army of the Republic was forty times better.

Plenty of way of knowing.

Star Wars Rebels talks about what happened to the Clones, because some of them survived and never betrayed the Jedi.

The Flood / Re: So..what are Stormtroopers?

Clone troopers made up the majority of the Stormtrooper army during the very early days of the Empire, but were largely retired from service about a decade before the destruction of the first Death Star. Because of how they were genetically engineered, they aged must faster than normal humans, so they couldn't stay in fighting shape for as long as other soldiers. As a result, the Empire started taking in volunteers, or just conscripted people into the army. Anybody during the First Order era is probably just an Imperial Loyalist; nobody's a clone anymore, and I doubt that any of them are still alive.

Kanan should've been the main character for Rebels.

Ezra sucks cock.

So did Ahsoka. Now fans love her. Give 'em a season or two to mature.
That's true, actually.

But I really still hate his design.

That nose, ugh.

Then again, he could age a bit and change up his appearance like they did with Ahsoka. It wasn't just her clothes that changed, her entire body structure was different, too.

Clone Wars was suppose to be nine seasons, right? If I read correctly, it was going to extend into and a little beyond the ROTS chronology, which would've been fucking amazing. The Clone Wars would've depicted Anakin's fall to the dark side ten times better than the movies did.

They did, didn't they? With the Father, Daughter and Son?
And with the Jedis' mistakes causing Ahsoka to leave the order. But I meant if they actually retold the events of Episode III through the show's animation, it'd be much better. I'm speaking mostly in terms of pacing.

Four more years? That'd be a little too much, IMO.
It's okay. I'm pretty happy with Star Wars Rebels TBH.
Dude TCW could've gone on forever, for all I cared. It was so good.

Fuck, now I'm so mad TCW wasn't finished.

Did anyone else watch the unfinished story reels? Like the Bad Batch? That shit would've been great if it was totally animated; I still enjoyed watching the reels.
