« on: November 11, 2015, 08:14:38 PM »
we need to deconstruct this... is it saying that caring about the lives of people in third world countries is a luxury of the privileged?- that those less fortunate than us wouldn't care about those less fortunate than them?
The irony of the picture is that a young girl in (Presumably) a third world country is printing a shirt that says "First World Problems." It's just to show that our issues are jack shit compared to what other people have to deal with, especially considering many of them go through so much work and pain to give us the things we take for granted.

« on: November 11, 2015, 08:11:24 PM »
I need help, friends. If somebody is talking in the text, you use quotation marks, I got that. What do you do if that person that begins to quote somebody else? Do you put that quote in the marks too?
"Jeremy's thesis was as follows, 'Penguins are the cause of global warming.'"

What do you do for medial delts?
do you remember shieldy/ace? I talked to him not too long ago on a different forum and i pretty much do what he does with my own twist

Side raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets
bent over raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets
cable side raises 12-15 x 3-4
Face pulls 15-20 x 3-4
front raises with cable or curvy bar 3 sets of 10-15

I have seen tremendous shoulder growth since doing this
Fifteen to twenty reps, Jesus fuck. Do you do that for basically everything?

« on: November 11, 2015, 12:15:03 AM »
It's dumb, and I only do it begrudgingly.
Why? They get an unfair amount of money if you don't tip them.

You mean you don't like the idea of tipping, as in make wages higher?
no shit
Well you made it sound like you didn't really care about the consequences for the waiters.
that's why he does it begrudgingly

durr
Okay look I'm pretty high right now so forgive me for the minor logic flaws

« on: November 10, 2015, 06:51:55 PM »
Nothing memorable/no noteworthy scenes.
How can someone be this wrong
How can you be so wrong about my opinion. Shrek 2, and 3 and 4 for that matter, don't need to exist at all. They were made for $$$ and it shows.
Three and Four were unnecessary.

I could honestly care less if Two was for money (Which really all movies are, so that doesn't matter), it's easily the funniest of the four films.
Well I don't watch shrek for the laughs, I watch it for the story and the lore.

So agree to disagree.
T-They're comedy films

Pro-lifers deserved to be yelled at lmao
It wasn't over anti-abortion rhetoric.

This guy had a sign that said "Harmful speech is not free speech"
Oh, well that's different. In that case, yeah, he was a dumbass.

That is Vader's lightsaber.

Kylo Ren is just the new face of Star Wars toylines, he's on all of the new products. I can definitely see why that'd be misleading, though.

Can it be anything you want?

Is there, like, a rubric?
All I have to do is relate it to the audience(university students) somehow. That's pretty much the only requirement for the topic.
Talk about how white people are being oppressed at American universities.

I won't run out by the following Summer, I consider myself pretty frugal.
