The irony of the picture is that a young girl in (Presumably) a third world country is printing a shirt that says "First World Problems." Side raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets
bent over raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets
cable side raises 12-15 x 3-4
Face pulls 15-20 x 3-4
front raises with cable or curvy bar 3 sets of 10-15
I have seen tremendous shoulder growth since doing this
Fifteen to twenty reps, Jesus fuck. Do you do that for basically everything?
