His Dark Souls 2 critique is the reason I didn't buy the game.
He doesn't dislike Dark Souls 2 though, he just thinks it didn't live up to Demon's/Dark Souls, which he is right about.
I absolutely agree with that sentiment. It's just that a sequel should improve on the foundation of previous games, but the faults that Matthewmatosis describes show that FromSoft didn't really do that (Maybe because Miyazaki wasn't a director for it).
It did improve upon Dark Souls 1 though massively in terms of movement and combat. The level and boss design may not have been there, but the core gameplay was much improved.

Why isn't Cammy a strike?
I don't like Cammy's design, but at least she's not gratuitous. She doesn't really cross the line, in my opinion.
Besides, she's kind of a staple of the franchise. It would be like getting upset over having Peach in the next Smash game.
I'd say in this case Cammy would be worse IMO, at least Mika kinda had an excuse with taking after her mentor (Who only wears trunks and boots) Cammy is meant to be special ops but looks like a 2 bit whore. But this is me trying to see from a point of view I don't really agree with.

Spoiler I'm playing Fallout 2 for the first time right now, and I love how threatening and intimidating the Enclave is in this game. They're so much more dangerous than in Fallout 3.
Well they were in Fallout 3, a remnant group themselves. That said, they definitely felt shoehorned into F3. I love the game, but the MQ isn't great.
If we could have joined them, that would be amazing. It always felt wierd that I did their bidding but they still shot at me anyway.

Seems like it, with a combined polygon count of about 5. Like seriously, Fallout 3 has better textures then these parts.
