The staff has no problem with me, and I do know there is a small group of people here that are alright with me, so I know I'm not universally disliked. Yeah he's living the dream. As for me I'm actually considering on falling back to music ever since I got my guitar. I know that's what I can naturally excel at but I still don't feel like I could do it as a profession overall considering how things are.

I stick with Fender strats because its my all time favorite design and sound.
Another option to maybe consider then is a G&L Legacy. Leo Fender made G&L in the 70's after selling Fender to whoever it was that purchased the brand.
Literally a strat with some different hardware options.
It's okay to have a sound that you're aiming for, but don't exactly limit yourself too narrow this early.
I see. Well with my current guitar I'm able to get the sound I want out of it and it is functional, but I will keep my options open. I may consider that if the Strat doesn't cut it. I'd definitely need to demo both guitars to see what I'd want later on.

Right now I'm still using my starter, I did research and eventually I am going to want a much more expensive and higher quality guitar since the one I have has much cheaper hardware and is made in china. Some even considered mine to be a "kids toy" and that this one or even a Squire are better guitars overall. I stick with Fender strats because its my all time favorite design and sound.
