I don't think it will ever happen, 343 knows that if they make a Halo 3A then the majority population would be playing that, not their shitty games. I think the reason why the MCC is hardly supported and it was made where you vote for a game instead of each game having its on separate playlists is because they didn't want too many people playing it. They realized there's going to be a lot of people playing it or getting it instead of their games. so they made it in a way where it's going to turn down a lot of people. I was planning on getting it, but then I found out about the voting thing so that turned me away from it.
That didn't stop me. I still play MCC to this day, mainly for the first 3 games. I play that way more than Halo 5. But that would explain a lot.

Seriously, the only thing world history talked about the most was World War 1 and 2. We didn't really learn jack shit about the cold war let alone the Cuban Missile Crises.
Learning about the Cold War is part of the standard CA high school world history curriculum. You were either skipping class or not paying attention during it to have missed the section on Fidel Castro and the Cuban missile crisis.
I never skipped class. My memory has been off really lately however.
