The stammering and if you look pretty carefully when he's talking about his mum crying over this shit there is a redness and a watering around his eyes that sets on whilst going over it. Not like crocodile tears but genuine ones. He's not doing the typical lying stuff, so either he's a perfect liar and someone who can mimic emotions like that to a T orrrrrrr he's actually genuine about this shit <.<

Of course it matters. It's easy to stage anything and claim that it's legitimate. With these particular videos the idea that they are real life occurrences is what would make them entertaining. Otherwise it's just worthless click bait produced by someone who wants to be internet famous.
