The worst that's happened is that I almost got a detention in high school when my teacher decided that being ill and absent on the day it was set wasn't a good enough reason to not know about it. Despite only coming back on the day that I had that lesson ._.
So to cut a long story short, I pulled a few strings and twisted a few arms and ended up with him in front of a disciplinary hearing for an unrelated issue. He got a bollocking for it, forgot about my homework and detention and my record remained spotless <.<

Well I'm not a professional but anyway <.< Not necessarily, I think it can be unhelpful but it's not really unhealthy. It depends to what extent of course, it can harm relationships with other people which in the long run can of course lead to problems. If we are talking along the lines of avoiding talking to people a lot, which is something I'm generally guilty of, then as long as you still talk to people now and then it doesn't cause too many issues. If it's more along the lines of insulting people, stealing things and more aggressive antisocial behaviours then yes, I would say that's unhealthy.
