I bought one when the Remakes were announced, I also picked up Pokemon X to play until they release. I was pretty sceptical of Gen 6 but my mind was changed once I'd actually got my hands on it. Youtube videos don't really do the game justice <.<

The Hoenn Remakes are going to be incredible and I'd certainly recommend getting a 3ds >.>

The flood was fine back before B.next when general gaming was discussed in there rather than in it's own forum. I'd quite like to be able to get gaming news/discuss games in the flood rather than the quieter/dead garning.

It's a long story and one that I end up explaining every time ._.

The tl;dr of it is that because of a set of circumstances with my physical and mental health I ended up not leaving the house for the best part of a year and a half. My feet got Fubar'd and when I was fairly depressed still from an unrelated issue I just didn't go outside.

This lead to a severe Vitamin D deficiency which caused all of my joints to degenerate to the level of a crippled old man. So now after things have been getting better (My feet - I can walk, My mind - I can leave the house again) and I've been on a megadose of Vit D for a few weeks/months now - it's improving again.

So it means that typing/playing M&K games is still painful, but I can do it more easily now and with actually getting outside again - It should snowball in the right direction.

If this is all incoherent it's because my sleeping tablets fuck my brain up before I go to bed. (Another factor in my clusterfuck of physical/mental illness)
