Dahmer and Sells I wouldn't hold responsible for their actions, Bundy I would. I'll go over it in more detail later though >.>

I laughed, but there is no reason to go back there now. Damn near all of the good members have left, either for here or other groups, or just thrown in the towel. Sure there are still quite a few people left on there but I'd rather see them come here than subject my computer to that shitty site's loading times and glitches.

Food, Water, and Oxygen?
I r get questchin rite?
Somewhat, if this was about Maslow's pyramid. But it's not <.< This is more to do with creature comforts.

Disregarding the obvious (See Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs) what are the three things that you would hate to live without?
For me it would have to be the Internet, Books and Tea <_<

I don't quite know why but I slept really badly.
I woke up to screaming children, sadly not the dying kind, and furniture being moved and I'm just generally grouchy today :l Oh and the plumbing broke too.
Damn. :/
As long as you can access the internet, that's good enough.
True, true. You have to prioritise things you know? <.< Internet, Tea, Books, Video Games, Books, Food, Plumbing, Books, Lists, Books... did I say books? Oh and Tea.

Yup, Mental Healthcare <.<

It shouldn't be a crime, but it should result in getting the help that the person clearly needs.
Throwing them in a jail cell and all that is just about the worst thing you can do short of pushing them off a building yourself. They need to be taken somewhere safe and monitored (Ideally to a hospital on an overnight basis) and then taken to see an appropriate professional. I think this is already the case for several countries but it's clearly not done enough.
Criminalising an aspect of mental illness like that is silly, for want of a stronger word.

You have some good points there flee, unfortunately my brain is utterly fried after today so I'm going to hand over to the other chaps who are now online. I'll return to this tomorrow and there is certainly a good discussion to be had here, please do PM me the stuff <.<
Like I said, sorry this isn't a good response but I'm fried <.<

What kind of autist would make a rule like that?
I lol'd.
But until people can play nice, It's not going to fly calling someone an autistic pleb.
Am I on b.old? Cause these rules and mods make me feel like i'm in the past. Which could be could be good. Or..not?

Nobody would know who banned who or gave a warning. Let's say there's a mod that banned you for no reason or is warning you about things that aren't against the rules. If you know who it is you can take it up with the admin who would take it up with that mod. If this person is abusing their power or making bad calls they will be dealt with or talked to. If you have no idea who's doing it how would you be able tell the admin who it is so the problem can be dealt with?
^This. I'll just copy pastrami this to the relevant places >.>

Ah that's good news <.<
I can't imagine how shitty it would be to live near an airport as busy as that one ._.

I can't really say a lot more though, I'm sure you understand the position of information disclosure.
To be honest, this has always been one of my main gripes with forums like this. It's something I've seen kill more than one community not unlike ours.
I know :l And I would like to, but I would have to check it with Cheat beforehand. And since he is indisposed at the moment I have to remain shush <.<

Can we just stahp.
pls.
This is like, the only thread I'd create on da subject. K?
Don't yell at me :c I'm just getting sick of seeing these threads pop up.
Its pretty autistic, I know. All part of being on the flood.
Hm... >> Any chance "autistic" comments will become against the rules too?
Yup, that would go under personal attacks.

Ftr to the other mods, sorry I haven't been involved much in all this today. I've been busy.
It's quite alright, I didn't have anything to do today so I've just been doing my best to keep on top of things <.<

The brief version of today's events is thus.
More drama and shit stirring among members targeting Kiyo and Noelle, again, resulting in a sprawl of threads. Stricter and clearer rules are implemented to allow for targeting of personal attacks and to patch holes in the CoC that existed because it hadn't been updated in a long time. Then some tantruming from various users, people 'leaving', more arguing and then claims of moderator bias over how some of these threads were handled.
oh. so in other words.
>ppl act like dicks to users >new rules say dont be dicks >said ppl get butthurt.
Pretty much lol.

then claims of moderator bias over how some of these threads were handled.
Isn't the claims of moderator bias what started this all? Flaming and insults going entirely unchecked against most while doing the same to Noelle or Vien would be reprimanded? At least, that's what was claimed.
To a degree, yes it was. I can't really say a lot more though, I'm sure you understand the position of information disclosure. What I can say is that I have been doing my best to address all reported content and rather than just bringing the smackdown on everything I've been editing out the shit that doesn't fly and giving them the reason from the new rules. But to put it simply, not even all of the moderators can oversee the entire site simultaneously. People need to report stuff to make our lives easier and there is a bit of a problem with justice being seen to be done I think >.> But we'll see how things go <.<

-snip-
I am inclined to agree, it was a good sentiment but it certainly needs revising at this point. It's been brought up in the correct place so hopefully there should be some solutions coming soon. Part of it is to avoid just outright banning people for a few days which is generally excessive but it might be necessary to implement. I don't know though, it's a call Cheat will have to make. Thank you for raising the point though <.<

defuq is going on here?
*Drama*
what's up with this "post approval" shit?
It's your answer to "what's going on here." They told you it was drama because they know you wouldn't like what's really going on.
Or it's because I can't be bothered to type it out for the 14th time today. I've been at this crap for 8 hours now and I'm getting a little weary of it.
I'll explain it briefly when I've had a break Han <.<
it's ok m8. i hate reiterating the same story as well.
Sorted it for you anyway <.<
