The Flood / Re: Palestine needs a quick and speedy end
« on: October 29, 2014, 03:24:50 PM »
I say we arm the absolute shit out of Israel and let them wipe the other side out. Israel knows how to kill people very well. They've been doing it since Biblical times. They just don't have the resources to do it on a scale large enough to do the job.

ayy lmao genocide
ayy lmao creating a modern day holocaust
ayy lmao let's not.
Well, we wouldn't be the ones to do the actual killing. We would just enable one side to defeat the other. There's a difference between starving, torturing, burning people alive and military superiority. We already give Israel a fuck ton of money and equipment anyway. Why not give them a little more?

So the arms dealer isn't responsible for the genocide carried out by the hands of his clients right? Despite the fact that it wouldn't have happened without his intervention.

And as for the following
>Starving
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-28757657
>Torturing
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/israel/10135157/Israel-furious-at-UN-report-detailing-torture-of-Palestinian-children.html
>Burning people alive
*cough* White Phosphorous *cough*
http://www.hrw.org/node/81760
>Military superiority
Take a brief look at the events of the past summer and see who was doing the kerb stomping and who was firing tin rockets over the wall at the iron dome.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Israel%E2%80%93Gaza_conflict

The solution to the conflict isn't to keep dumping weapons and funds into israel until they wipe out palestine.

Serious / I'd like your opinions on this - Internet use and Depression
« on: October 29, 2014, 03:18:49 PM »
http://www.leeds.ac.uk/news/article/707/excessive_internet_use_is_linked_to_depression

Alrighty, so this came up in my textbook while I was skimming and I recalled reading this a few years back <.<

The question it asked in the textbook was the typical textbook 'make ya think' shit, or in simpler terms it was 'Which comes first?'

So, in your opinion are those who are depressed drawn to the internet or is it the other way around? That those who spend a lot of time online are making themselves vulnerable to depression.

There isn't a right or wrong answer, yet. However, the former strikes me as making more sense from what I've seen firsthand.

So what do you think?

Mate I'm more surprised Qatar got the 2022 world cup. It'll only be made possible with use of slaves never mind all the other things wrong with the country. Fucking Qatari royals

You mean happy and willing workers who sign a contract that can only be ended by their employer upon pain of death? Pssh Modern day slavery? Supported by Fifa? You must be joking.

News / Re: Everything Wrong With The Call of Duty Games

WaW: Best in the series
MW2: The MP is fun, even in it's shitty glitchy hacked awfulness.
Black Ops: Story was good, MP was meh/fun.
MW3: Shitty campaign, shitty multiplayer. Also the colour grey couldn't be shovelled into that game any more.
Black Ops 2: Shitty campaign with a few entertaining levels like the opening on and the machete rampage, but boring really. MP is meh, kind of fun but very full of crap and shitty camos everywhere.
Ghosts: First CoD that I didn't buy/play because it looked even worse than MW3
AW: I was interested because of the campaign trailers but the gameplay looks like a shittier MW3/Titanfall hybrid.

It's basically been downhill since black ops 1, BO2 was alright but it's getting notably worse.

Bloody hell .-.

That's miles ahead of the Halo Wars cutscenes, I am very impressed.

Colour me surprised, the baby boomers are only concerned with a comfy retirement and maintaining the USA as Team America: World Police.

Mandatory anything is usually pretty horrible.

Aside from things like education and taxation, anyway.
>taxation
>not horrible

Take all my jimmies
Tax is horrible but mandatory taxation is to be expected and whilst unpleasant isn't as abhorrent as say mandatory sterilisation.

If you use the words Mandatory and Abortion in the same sentence expect to cause a supernova of butthurt.

Why not both?

In the meantime, you can also use corporal punishment to raise a generation of psychopaths and borderlines, because no psychiatric institution supports corporal punishment due to its horrible consequences.

Sounds like someone didn't get smacked hard enough as a boy.

You should turn to the person next to you and say 'Do you have a minute to talk about our lord and saviour Jesus Christ?'

Obviously best results are gleaned from waiting until take off.
Considering I had just come from Kansas, they would probably have loved to talk about Jesus.

Ah...

That would could backfire quite spectacularly then. In bongistan I'm pretty sure that would make the passenger start crying, bloody Jehovahs witnesses are everywhere ._.

I guess it's a good thing that children are to lazy to climb the hill I live on.

Oh god that reminds me...

I've moved from the top of a hill to a larger village ._.
Time to start boiling up some tar and buying fake feathers off amazon.

Drop the bombs like you're in Vietnam.

Bombs are so impersonal, I prefer the hands on approach

If they run, they need to be banned.
If they don't run, their just good shitposters.

Ain't no such thing as an innocent shitposter.
And the kids are all just shitposters in the making.

Are those gifs real or fake?
They are from a prank video.
Seems like a kind of lousy prank, I mean chasing someone with a freaking enormous hammer is going to have the same results clown or no.
I just think it's a dumb idea considering people can call the police or take out a gun and shoot them.

That's why they don't do it in America.
