Because they clearly can't afford enough BOOTSTRAPS to pull themselves up by.

Fucking poor people are scum.

why do you hate me?

Oh and my promised upboats are at 2/7 so far
You have 5 more uboats on the way and I'll throw in a few more to make up for the tardiness of them.

I'd say there was at least a point where they were a little different, all the NK/Palestine/Drug war videos were at least a bit above and beyond the BBC's efforts. Even if they did spin their own slant on things a little too much <_<

Their guantanamo video probably shouldn't have been aired, not because of anything DDDD: but because it was fucking pointless.
At least it showed that there wasn't transparency despite the fact that they were allowing the media in to film. It's pseudo-transparency, only allowing filming in designating areas.
Ah yes, I suppose it does at least show that <_<

Just to demonstrate #ModBias, I can post 'spin and get away with it.

HOLY SHIT I KNOW SOME OF THOSE WORDS.

I should really brush up on my Finnish.

I know it's Finn but I can't understand a word of it lol.
I picked out like two words.
I can do Frog, Nipponski and Kraut/Dutch/Spanish at a push but the rest is all moonspeak to me >.>
>Nipponski

I can barely do Swedish/Finnish. Of course, my English is mostly fine. I think.

Russian is where I can do well but I rarely get a chance to use it.
Yup, I was taught moonrunes at school <.<
Your english is very good though.

I was actually offered Russkie lessons at school (Along with Japanese) but not enough people took up the offer in the end so the class was scrapped :l
It's rare to find Russian classes here.
I would expect so, given how skittish yanks get over the Russians <.<
They aren't really common in the UK either though, I was quite surprised that the school was offering them (Just as much as Japanese though) It's a pity though, I seem to have a knack for languages and if I wasn't going into Psychology I'd probably be studying a few more.

The one thing I do suck at is English <_<
For example, I used 'though' three times in two sentences. >.>
I don't understand the concern of using the same word repeatedly. I type like how I would speak and I tend to repeat phrases.

And of course the yanks get upset over the Russians. It doesn't surprise me.

Same here, on forums/IM I type as I would talk but it was drummed into me in first school that repeating a word is bad <.<

Well, he is. At least according to a leak from a person on the grand jury
Mistrial'd
Nope

Quote
A judge may cancel a trial prior to the return of a verdict; legal parlance designates this as a mistrial.

Key term is PRIOR. How can a person say there would be no indictment if the decision wasn't made yet? Plus, the grand jury isn't a trial, as it's in actuality a probable cause hearing between the judge, a jury, and the prosecutor. The jury goes over the evidence laid out by the prosecutor and decide if there's enough to indicate probable cause was established.

So what we have here is that there was no probable cause the officer acted on a racial bias OR the story of the friend is correct. On top of that, a forensic report backs up the story of the police department

I could be wrong, but was he referring to the trial being buggered because of the leaks?

I think it should be obvious enough what got those two threads locked >.> If it isn't then feel free to ask me why <.<
I assume Byrne requested it.

 :(

You are thinking along the right lines >.>
Dude, people make threads about people all the time and they don't get locked, so, short of a direct request, I can't think of a reason that relates to the word 'consistency.'
Well I shall word it like this, if someone made a thread about you and you weren't happy for it to remain around, all you'd have to do is let me or one of the other mods know via PM or a report and then it would go <.<

Now whilst neither thread was doing this specifically, the standing rule is to just lock it if the person it relates to reports/complains about it to a mod. If there is no complaint, then the assumption is that there is no problem >.>

Nobody gets in trouble for it mind you, it's just a lock to show that the thread isn't permitted >.>
So he contacted you, or did you just read his response?

Ehhh I shouldn't really be saying <.<
But since I'm digging I might as well go for broke, it would be safe to assume that a complaint was filed and that is why the thread was locked.

Oh and as for your nostalgia goggles of the flood, tell me are those members still around?

These are the floodians who stuck around through the update, rather than just buggering off for good. They tolerated the desticles too, but it was only when Bungie really showed how little they cared and rolled out shitty update after shitty update to just break the site beyond belief... yeah that's when everyone gave up on it.

If you lust after the old days so much, you can always waste away looking at halo.bungie.net. But these fgts are the ones still alive and kicking, even if we are newerfigs/reachtards/etc.
