Seeing how you ignored the code of conduct conpletely and broke the written trust that our IP addresses were not to be revealed, yes you deserved to get demoted.

She just put a ton of them in a washing machine with shallow water. Well, it's shallow enough where the rats can get up to breathe if they use their strength to hang onto something. But it starts spinning to fast for them to grab onto anything to breathe. So I think that they drown in the end.
Maybe they were just pest rats she wanted to kill?

I watched the video again, and it looked like most of the rats were still alive at the end. The actual washing machine spinning lasted for less than 15 seconds. This doesn't change the fact that these people are fucking stupid though. I could be wrong and this would be just a small part of their master plan to execute a dozen or so rats.
