It's kinda hidden in Spoiler The Cathedral of the Deep, Spoiler there's a covenant you can find there and you can alter your appearance and I believe stat distribution through it. Only a limited number of times though.

How do you even get in? I've got the first bonfire, but the two doors on either side of the room are locked.
Spoiler You gotta progress down the side area by that statue with the hollows praying at it. Outside the entrance to that bonfire.

Same, i would jump onto Scholar of the first sin now that ive beat DS, never got to play the DLC's.
I'm playing SOTFS right now, much better than vanilla. Enemies are placed better and everything looks just that little bit nicer.
I heard so. Is the Heide Knight that drops the sword still near the first bonfire of the first area there?
Nah they moved most of the Heide knights to Heide's tower of flame

Also, the neon letters have to be placed manually like a sign, not typed like I was hoping.
You can set XB1's to australia, download, then set back and access the DLC now, too.
