It's not exactly like Halo 2 for a reason. That stuff wasn't in Halo 2 because it was Halo 2, it's in H2A because it's not Halo 2.
I think I understand what you just said, but say it one more time just in case.

I would like to add to the record that the InFamous series has a 2/3.5 track record for great games while Prototype has one great game and is a dead franchise.

Haven't browsed b.net since the downgrade. From what I've seen, it's even more of a cesspool than it used to be.

>Christians: Handout Bible >Satanists/Atheists: Handout book directed at malleable children's minds and depict the Bible as a rapist
Seems legit.
The atheists wanted to hand out the rape pamphlets, the satanists wanted to give handouts on how to be inclusive to solve problems. The only assholes here are the atheist organization. Keep doing your thing, satanists.

Blackflag was on XBO/PS4 and turned out fine. Black Flag was just a prettied up port of a game designed for 7th gen though.
And the port turned out better than a product that was designed for the console. It's not like porting means that it doesn't use the hardware either, a ported game has to be made to run on the console. "We don't know how to use it" isn't an argument because we've clearly seen that they can do it, even if it didn't have 4K cutscenes or whatever. This isn't "we can't optimize", it's "we didn't bother to fix these problems or scale back because you'll buy it anyway." Ubisoft has NEVER given a damn about optimization. Hell, they said in an interview that optimizing PC games is stupid and to just buy new hardware (instead of expecting them to deliver a polished product.)

I make more puns now, which I hate. I also love dark humor and I don't have a "joking voice", so people think I'm serious more often than I am. Mix the two together, and you get a lot of people thinking I legitimately want to bomb free clinics or commit to a strict law of eugenics.

As long as my current perception continued to exist, no because I don't want to go to NZ (although seeing Ruby would be neat). But if the me going into the teleporter ended-- my consciousness ended-- and another me came out, without "my" consciousness, then no.

You could always say "I give just the slightest infinitesimal of a care needed to make this post." but again
that's still different than caring about the topic at hand
I know, but it makes saying "you cared enough to respond" redundant. Then you get to mock people for making stupid decisions!

But what do you not care about? For example, UC4 being 30fps thread, did you not care about it being 30fps? The game itself? Nathan Drake's model change? All of the above?
We need specific lacking of cares Verb, god dammit. You can't just be not caring all willy-nilly. that's not what this thread is about though it was the inspiration, because it seemed like sprungli was gonna say that stupid shit, but he didn't
on that subject though, what i don't care about is the fact that the game is in 30fps because that shouldn't matter
to anyone
I know that's not what it's about, that's why I called it an example. And specifying your lack of care goes a long way to avoiding the dreaded "Why'd you respond then?" response.

Unity isn't bad because they don't know the hardware, it's bad because Ubi Montreal didn't give enough of a shit to QA and fix the mistakes. Blackflag was on XBO/PS4 and turned out fine.
We aren't going to get optimization like we did with the past generations; before, they used custom chipsets that had to be learned (nearly) from scratch. The Xbone and PS4 are mid-tier computers using a modified AMD mobile gpu and CPU. "Modified" would normally make a difference, but AMD's platform since 2013 was to integrate and evolve their technology in such a way that it is easy to interface and more highly-compatible than Nvidia/Intel.
Steady 30fps is most definitely better than a 40-60 range; but this isn't because of optimization issues (not to say it isn't a reason), most developers would rather have high-poly, higher quality textures, and sub1080p than 60fps.

It's totes true, brociopath.
Absolutely not, brominator.
That would be correct, Broccoli.

I can't really argue that point considering that I don't know how domestication the dog happened. It could have been a mutual thing, or one-sided. If you know anything about it I'd be interested to read itm

Maybe my view is just different because I view dogs as companions instead of pets.

Nearly every dog we've had beside the Chow was adopted. It's a home with food and affection vs the shelter, so I'd think that the situation is a nonchoice. Turning them loose is what probably had them end up in the pound in the first place, so a domesticated animal being set free is giving it the option between dying or being adopted.

When I was little, my family had a purebred Chow. Chow dogs run a high risk of gastric cancer because of all the inbreeding and trait selection. And that's what he died of, he was put down the day before Thanksgiving.
this thanksgiving?
Thankfully not. He died about ten years ago.

Currently have a Bullboxer Pit, she's just the sweetest thing. If I ever get another dog, it'll be either a pit, a boxer, or a mix of the two.

It plays like MonHun, including gear changing and customizing your avatar's features.
I've never played monster Hunter I just know a lot of people here like it
It's a game that's much more fun if you play with a group. MH3 especially plays like an offline MMO. Toukiden has a similar problem, but I found it a little more bearable. That's good too, because the online died pretty fast.

7th Gen consoles also get the NPC and items in a free DLC, but the visual differences are obviously exclusive to PS4/Xbox One. I can't say that I'm going to buy it again because it looks prettier, especially since the game came out less than a year ago.

Toukiden is a MonHun clone made to fill the gap that was left when MonHun moved to Nintendo consoles. It's not Monster Hunter, but it's still a great game. I'll buy it eventually.
