Yeah, but she likes Akiba's Trip. That pretty much revokes her "good taste" license.
Been debating buying into that. Its lewd, but from what I hear the quality isn't all that good. Neptunia has my bases covered for now I think.
It's short and not exactly high caliber, but it's got tons of replayability.

He's not the antichrist, and Romney wouldn't have been any better, but I can't say I (or anyone else I know) really supports him. Most people (being this is the Republican South) outright hate him.

Best: Square Enix Nintendo Sega Sammy
Worst: EA Ubisoft
Capcom could end up in either category depending on how SF5, Deep Down, and DDO turn out.

I fluctuate between a theistic and atheistic view often; not based on any texts, or a gut feeling of belief, but rather what makes for a more exciting narrative at the time.
So basically, whatever causes the most shit XD
No, internally. Sometimes thinking that the universe is nothing more than a sprawling "chaos" rather than the cause of intelligent design is really exciting; others, it's a powerful thought to believe that every action you make has consequence, eternally. This is actually the first time I've really mentioned my beliefs in a long time, it's just something that should be personally held and not a significant part of you as a person. Outside of myself, though, religion is a really exciting thing to study. It's integral to most cultures, so it's almost like you're going back in time reading the texts.

Spicy chicken sandwich meal from Chick-Fil-A.
Mmmm dats the shit I like
Did you put chick fil a sauce on it?
No, buttermilk ranch. I'm a pleb when it comes to sauces.
Wut
Chick fil a sauce is literally liquid gold, you need to try it
What's it taste similar to?
Hmmm its got a salty sweet element to it. Sorta like BBQ sauce mixed with something else.
I like salty, and I like BBQ sauce. Maybe next time I'll get it then.

I'd like to interject that basing the existence (or lack thereof) of a deity on the basis of how the Christian Bible portrays him doesn't offer a point against a deity, only against the interpretation of the Christian God.

They would have to rewrite entire sections of Gears 1 to do that. There were a ton of segments where you only had two people. Besides that bit, a Fenix Collection would be cool.

I'd never trust any group of people, especially one that interacts with the public on an interpersonal level with individual persons, only on the belief that "most" of them aren't "bad people". Certainly so when you take it outside of the local scale.

I'm saddened by this. I can't say that I didn't see it coming, but these are things that have been preserved for thousands of years and now... gone. Our only remaining relics of civilizations passed are being destroyed by these... "people". I can't figure out what to describe them as. Ungrateful? Bigoted? Savage? Reprehensible? Whatever "they" are, it's another reason added to the list of why they must be stopped.
And to you people arguing about the value of human life: who says you can't care about both? This isn't some competition people, both have merit and we are all lesser people for having permitted the atrocities to unfold as they have.

Wall incoming. Spoiler Jack, don't be silly. Don't you know that our plans have your interests -- not ours -- in mind? Jack, listen carefully like a good boy! The mapping of the human genome was completed early this century. As a result, the evolutionary log of the human race lay open to us. We started with genetic engineering, and in the end, we succeeded in digitizing life itself. But there are things not covered by genetic information.
Human memories, ideas. Culture. History. Genes don't contain any record of human history. Is it something that should not be passed on? Should that information be left at the mercy of nature? We've always kept records of our lives. Through words, pictures, symbols... from tablets to books... But not all the information was inherited by later generations. A small percentage of the whole was selected and processed, then passed on. Not unlike genes, really. That's what history is, Jack.
But in the current, digitized world, trivial information is accumulating every second, preserved in all its triteness. Never fading, always accessible. Rumors about petty issues, misinterpretations, slander... All this junk data preserved in an unfiltered state, growing at an alarming rate. It will only slow down social progress, reduce the rate of evolution.
Raiden, you seem to think that our plan is one of censorship. You're being silly! What we propose to do is not to control content, but to create context. The digital society furthers human flaws and selectively rewards the development of convenient half-truths.
Just look at the strange juxtapositions of morality around you. Billions spent on new weapons in order to humanely murder other humans. Rights of criminals are given more respect than the privacy of their victims. Although there are people suffering in poverty, huge donations are made to protect endangered species. Everyone grows up being told the same thing.
"Be nice to other people." "But beat out the competition!" "You're special." "Believe in yourself and you will succeed."
But it's obvious from the start that only a few can succeed... You exercise your right to "freedom" and this is the result. All rhetoric to avoid conflict and protect each other from hurt. The untested truths spun by different interests continue to churn and accumulate in the sandbox of political correctness and value systems. Everyone withdraws into their own small gated community, afraid of a larger forum. They stay inside their little ponds, leaking whatever "truth" suits them into the growing cesspool of society at large.
The different cardinal truths neither clash nor mesh. No one is invalidated, but nobody is right. Not even natural selection can take place here. The world is being engulfed in "truth." And this is the way the world ends. Not with a bang, but a whimper. We're trying to stop that from happening. It's our responsibility as rulers. Just as in genetics, unnecessary information and memory must be filtered out to stimulate the evolution of the species. Who else could wade through the sea of garbage you people produce, retrieve valuable truths and even interpret their meaning for later generations? That's what it means to create context.
You lack the qualifications to exercise free will. Does something like a "self" exist inside of you? That which you call "self" serves as nothing more than a mask to cover your own being. In this era of ready-made 'truths', "self" is just something used to preserve those positive emotions that you occasionally feel... Another possibility is that "self" is a concept you conveniently borrowed under the logic that it would endow you with some sense of strength... Ironic that although "self" is something that you yourself fashioned, every time something goes wrong, you turn around and place the blame on something else. "It's not my fault. It's not your fault." In denial, you simply resort to looking for another, more convenient "truth" in order to make yourself feel better. Leaving behind in an instant the so-called "truth" you once embraced.
Should someone like that be able to decide what is "truth"? Should someone like you even have the right to decide? You've done nothing but abuse your freedom. You don't deserve to be free! We're not the ones smothering the world. You are. The individual is supposed to be weak. But far from powerless -- a single person has the potential to ruin the world. And the age of digitized communication has given even more power to the individual. Too much power for an immature species. Building a legacy involves figuring out what is wanted, and what needs to be done for that goal. All this, you used to struggle with. Now, we think for you. We are your guardians after all.

I have to be able to talk to you about everything, even if you don't want to talk back. Everybody loves a good listener.
There has to be a mutual attraction of course, emotionally and sexually.
Willing to make compromises is a must. Very important trait.

And people were saying it was going to be PS4's Gears of War, lol.
Gameplay looks like a really poor Gears of War to me, including QTE if a werewolf gets too close. I don't think it will be bad, just not worth $60. I'd wait until it drops to $20 first.

I'd recommend Pathfinder over DnD, personally. It's also a game that's better in person, but voice chat can manage well enough. Keep in mind that it's a good idea to invest in a rulebook if you want to play or DM, otherwise you're going to end up tripping over yourself in sessions.

Telltale games are point-and-click adventure games with QTE elements and a failure state. Quantic Dream games are interactive movies. If only David Cage wasn't so pretentious about what he called his games.
Point and click just so happens to be the easiest way to make an interactive movie. Not that they're mutually exclusive, Myst definitely isn't an interactive movie. I'd label TWD an interactive movie, for example, because of two things: 1) Failure states return you to the exact moment before the failure; there is no detriment to failing in a majority of cases. 2) The gameplay mechanics are pretty simplistic, even for a point and click. The puzzles require a bare-bones knowledge of logic, and while the dialogue system was a good innovation to maintain an atmosphere of pressure to respond and immersion, it still isn't exactly a tough management. All the mechanics are present in a state to keep you immersed in the character, so that "you" are Lee/Clementine. In that sense, it keeps you in the experience. For those two reasons, I'd call it an interactive movie. Good ones, at that.

I have to say that the 360 controller is way better for GH than the Dualshock 3. ...you think so? i mean, sure, it's... bulkier, so you won't get carpal tunnel when you're trying to play fast songs, but like
the triggers, man the triggers
Triggers actually make it easier. They're longer, and thanks to pressure-support, you don't have to pull them all the way for it to register. And, as you said, you won't be writhing in pain with carpal tunnel after every song. I pulled off the tremolo stuff just fine, but it does require a lot of practice.

>plays on controller
i never got the luxury of hammer-ons/pull-offs
I beat the game on hard the first time around using a controller, as I had borrowed the game. I have to say that the 360 controller is way better for GH than the Dualshock 3. Anything really fast was nearly impossible either way.

Guitar Hero III nuh uh
you didn't gold star ttfatf
It's 99% hammer-ons, once you get the rhythm down then it isn't the end-all-be-all song of the game. Now Raining Blood can go fuck itself, those triplets always trip me up.
