That depends. Did he sign a contract saying that he is responsible for maintaining Taco Bell's public image? He probably did, because even cashiers at K-Mart and Target have to sign that shit, much less a marketing manager (given the PR nature of the job). If he broke contract, there's reason; even if he didn't, it might have been an At Will position.

Yes and no. I'm analytical to a fault. Most of the time, it's pretty easy to glean someone's tone, but other times, if I'm not so sure, I start thinking about all the possible things they could've meant--especially people on Facebook.
Because no one knows texting etiquette.
For example: Saying "k" instead of "okay" is unacceptable unless you want people to think you are pissed off or annoyed.

That isn't the impression I got from that link.
The kid has fucking autism. He doesn't deserve to be abused to thay extent. Virtually no one does.
He went into a Gamestop he was banned from and peppersprayed the assistant manager when asked to leave (video evidence shows this was unprovoked). He then left his mother at the mall and went home. Later, when police picked him up, he claimed that he didn't know what pepperspray does and that it was the Gamestop employee's fault for intimidating him. Autism or not, Chris is an asshole. There are hundreds of other encounters like that if you're bored or weird enough to look for them.
