Right now?

Garlic bread, probably
why does garlic taste so good but smell so bad ;~~;
I don't know ;____;
Let's just destroy humanity's sense of smell!

i just can't get over that

you're supposed to be able to see people in a dimly lit house full of drunk idiots

and if you get hurt, it's your fault

that's something else--i'll have to tell that to one of my professors, i think he'd get a kick out of that
I wasn't aware that dimly lit means pitch black. Also stage lights usually help, they pretty much light up the stage and the immediate crowd (except on camera, unfortunately) Entschuldigung, won't happen again massa.

Also, reminder that a true Democracy hadn't been a thing since ancient Athens. We have way too high of a population to put every single measure to a vote; that's why we're a federal republic with democratic tendencies.

Hey Nasty, do you plan on attending any other festivals? They tend to be a bit pricey, so I always just try to go to one a year at most.

I really don't want to look at the 5 pages of replies

Did this degrade into another argument about drugs?
No, just a few attempts to ask Nasty questions intermingled with three pages of argument over moshing. Just ask Nasty questions, I'm trying to think of more atm.

Of course, you know what they say

What doesn't kill me makes me stronger

And I like the sound of being stronger than a black hole fam
yeah but first, i have to read this entry on how to properly mosh first

because it totally makes sense that you have to learn to properly thrash and stomp around and run into other people

there should totally be a correct way to do that

after all, if i get punched or ran into, and i get hurt, it's totally my fault
Of course. If you can't see that surfers aren't making it to the stage, you should know that you have some weak-ass punks around you. If dumbies are twirling their arms like they sexually identify as apache helicopters, then you should know to dance elsewhere. Reading a crowd isnt hard mang, seems like basic observational skills to me. If you can't manage that, then Darwin Award yourself.
TIL being a psychic clairvoyant who is capable of looking at every single person in a large crowded room is "basic observational skills" and i should darwin award myself if i am not that thing

TIL real life is just like dark souls--everything is your fault, even if it isn't--at all
Wait, are you not an omniscient god? LOOK AT THE PLEB AND LAUGH.
TIL random shit doesn't occur in a crowd of coked up twenty year olds
Coke up is a bit off there. Baked or drunk af twenty year olds is more accurate. Also they don't do anything but lose their shoes in the crowd and do pot zombie things like trying to engage in photosynthesis in a dimly lit stage-house.
TIL it's easy to see people in a dimly-lit stage house--especially when they're crowded with hundreds of people

mosh pits are literally more peaceful and orderly than a buddhist monk temple
You're starting to get it now! Moshing is about having fun with a community, not curb-stomping the skulls of innocents. That happens afterwards.

The only people who dont like sex are people who havent had sex.
uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

That seems like a bit of a catch all. There are also people who have had bad sex, or just aren't interested in the first place.

I feel like Verbatim would have some good points if not for the fact that he's a virgin living with his parents who divulges in passionate discussions on internet forums for fun

Kinda points out how bad his way of living is lol

Because voting by popularity means that politicians would only pander to coastal states; and even then, only the urban areas. At least they have to try in places like Ohio as it is.

Your life is literally fucked
Social media is silly tbh fam

Also every time I finally join something, another thing comes along and becomes the new "thing". First it was facebook, then twitter, now instagram. Not falling for it again fam

To return to the topic: Who was your favorite show there, Nasty?
damn, this is a hard one...

while flux pavilion and loudpvck both had killer sets, i'll have to say that carnage, kaskade, snails, and bassnectar were my favorites solely for how energized and fun the crowd was during their shows. i'd say i got the most moshing time out of bassnectar, and i left the pit without a scratch. but on the flip side, kaskade was just so uplifting and really set the tone for the rest of the last night.
I hear you. Last concert I went to had my favorite band being noise rock. Music was so powerful that the entire crowd kind of just smooshed together and rocked side-to-side.

Water is like $4 a bottle, and a slice of pizza was like $6. Festival vendors are bastard coated bastards with bastard fillings.

I don't think I've ever had a fallback game. I'm always playing three or four games at a time, I just switch them out whenever I start getting tired of one.

Although I guess I have played DA:O quite a bit over the years.
