The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
That is a good game but Half Life 2 is game of the year for every year.
Knack.
The reviews say otherwise.
The Knack thing got old a long time ago.
What are you talking about? Knack was a good game.

I didn't die the first time.
>Not spamming him with bombs
But you don't have any at the very beginning?
It's one of your gift options. I just always chose the bombs before I started researching builds.

Everybody dies at the Asylum Demon their first time. Anyone that says otherwise is a liar; it's a rite of passage.
I didn't.
Just because you couldn't beat him on your first try doesn't mean others couldn't.
That's fine, I just don't believe you.
I didn't die the first time.
>Not spamming him with bombs
>researching bosses instead of going in blind the first time and getting massacred
>Having to use Google to realize that bombs do a lot of damage when you only get like 4 of them LOL

Do it, exposure to music from other cultures is always a blast.

You mentioned guitar solos, but guitar solos are always better when they're planned out. That's why I can't stand artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan--I don't get "feeling" out of their playing. I just get nonsense and long-winded pretentiousness. It's fucking boring. In general, guitar solos have always been my least favorite part of any rock song (even when they're written) simply because I find them extremely grating after awhile. I don't really find them impressive--they're annoying. Get back to playing that catchy riff, please.
This pretty much sums up the contention. There isn't really any middle ground-- if you hate improvisation, then there's no way to get my point across in a way you'll accept.

"Exciting" was your word if I remember right; I don't think I ever used that word. It does have a discernable pattern. Example being 1:10-3:42, it's 4/4 and a two bar pattern. Completely regular. You're getting caught up on two things here: taking the whole as a metric, and syncopation. Basically, the piece is a series of smaller pieces, like short stories. Instead of "reading" them individually, you're listening to them like chapters of a novel and being confused by the lack of continuity. They do have continuity-- within their own stories. And there's also the syncopation. Syncopation is basically a note that makes a song off-beat; very popular in funk music. The only reason syncopation should make you unable to bob your head to the beat is if you're reading the time signature incorrectly. I'd recommend following the percussion, and I'd recommend watching something like this You also asked why "freeform" is entertaining. Simply put, changing the time, phrasing, etc to improvise something on the spot is really fun. Both to play and listen to. Think of guitar solos back in the day, like Hendrix. People didn't rehearse that: they just threw a gap down in the song and said, "do what you're feeling at that moment". It's a carry over from jazz music, to break from the standard you've set to display a raw power of emotion that directly relates to who you are and what you feel. No two solos are the same, you get something new every time it happens. That's the beauty of it for the player, and the listener.

Even in the webcomic, Saitama is S1-tier. The only person that could go toe-to-toe with him (in universe) would be himself. That's less impressive than it sounds considering most of the other heroes in the story are regular people with some kind of gimmick. Tornado is pretty OP though, that's clearly obvious. Atomic Samurai, Tank Top Master, etc are also super powerful, gimmick or not. Being a part of the Hero Association isn't even an accurate measurement either, as there are other powerful entities outside it. Hell, Spoiler regarding an S Rank hero King isn't even a hero, he's only an S Rank because the HA gave him credit for Saitama's work.
We do have to remember that OPM is first and formost a comedy thay excels at taking the piss out of power-level seinen BS. If ONE ever explains the source or limit of his power, expect it to be very bullshit.
He did explain it. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and running ten kilometers, every single day for three years. Which actually isn't that intense even in real life, but logic is never a factor in this not-so-serious series.
He only got that power after that, not leading up to it. It's hinted relatively often in the manga that there's more to his power than he realizes.
Regardless, it doesn't matter how he got his powers: that was the point of his hilariously underwhelming backstory of getting it. He's immeasurably strong, and nobody can even put up a decent fight against him. Even the Boros fight was disappointing for him, as Boros knows that he didn't even go all out in his one punch.
He broke his limiter.
There's a theory that every person in the OPM universe was born with a certain limit to their power. Saitama was born to be a nobody, so his limit was very low. Miraculously, he beat Crab Man even though he wasn't supposed to, meaning his power surpassed its destined amount. Since he surpassed his only limit, his power is infinite.
Although that's probably what you're talking about lol
Yeah sorry, I just generalized it the scientist who witness his own creation get destroyed explains how every human has a limiter and that Saitama broke it making his powers infinity and beyond, I need to reread that as well. (It's great to see people who have read the mangas.)
OPM was actually a rare case where the anime was both well-done and accurate to the manga. Even still, the manga is so fun to read, if only for Murata's illustrations.
I actually enjoy One's illustrations as well tbh
The best part is that he's actually a really good artist, it's just thay OPM started as a series of doodles he made in his spare time.

What is truth? bad question
Truth is pretty vague. Such a vague question can only have a vague answer.
It's just that I find the answer too obvious. The truth is that which is in accordance with reality--it's that simple.
"What is in accordance with reality?"
Well, that's the point, isn't it? Should we pursue that question for the sake of "societal well-being", or not?
I just find the definition(s) for "well-being" far more interesting than the definition of the truth. What is societal well-being?
The definition of "truth" in general isn't the question, necessarily; it's that it could be as simple as "does a shoelace contain 98% or 97% cotton?" or something as serious as "is the government circumventing citizens' rights without our knowledge?" One of those might be worth sacrificing our societal well-being to know, the other isn't. Unless the definition of "truth" is restricted in some way, the answer is going to be subjective.
