EMBRACE TRANQUILITY
What an odd member combination.
How so?
Prime Meridia + Zen Never has this combination come to mind, probably because they're radically different from forum appearances.
oh dear no

I think I've found my footing with Zenyatta. Also starting to prefer Winston on Defend, but that's dependant on how uncoordinated my team is.

I got it
Just know that Mei is the single most annoying character in the game, second only to a good tracer.
Actually no, Mei is still more annoying.
what about junkrat
Nah, the only thing about him that ever freaks me out is his ult. Even then, it's more of an "oh shit" moment that annoyance. Mei's problem is that I don't think she could get fixed by an nerf. She's just an annoying character; her ice wall tends to hurt teammates as well as enemies and frequently freezing people in place is the single most frustrating thing you can do. I've even played as her to make sure I wasn't just running into a lot of people that are good with her; nope, she's really easy to use. If I'm getting killed by a Junkrat often (even as Reinhardt), I can at least know that the guy is better than me. But with Mei, it's just "spam ice until you get your ult and freeze everyone in a 25m radius. If I'm about to die, freeze myself into my invincible ice block and heal up".

>implying she's not going to just off herself or run off to find Griffith again
The former might end the escapades of "Guts and Friends" tone the series acquired after the other characters joined Guts and Puck. It would still make Casca a plot convenience and it would be a disservice to her charcter, but she might actually do something for the story again. Going after Griffith would be better because it would affirm the purpose of the story and her vegetative character arc could also be justified in the name of vengeance she seeks afterwards. Her and Guts could be the dream team again.
Nah, all signs have been pointing to her getting the memories back as being a bad end. When Skelie tells you it's a bad idea, it's probably a bad idea. Falconia is pretty deceiving, but we have to remember that good things don't happen to Guts.
Oh... So 'on the boat' was just an illusion. They're still in the troll den, aren't they?
What? No. I mean that Falconia is this explosion of magic in the world, turning it into generic JRPG party antics. That's going to end as soon as Griffith enacts his plan or finds out where Skellig is. Essentially, Falconia is just the middle of Golden Age except more pleasant. It's going to get worse, like it always does.

Casca also gets raped and gives birth to a demon baby...
Casca herself, not the events surrounding her. She's a strong character with her own personality, and isn't just there for eye candy (since, y'know, she wears full body armor and not a string bikini or whatever).
She was also raped to move the plot forward.
Yet still manages to be a strong character nonetheless.
I thought Verbatim would like that virtually all sex is portrayed negatively.
She gives birth to a rape baby, loses her memory, forgets guts and the love she had for him, and then becomes a non character. She's a fucking child afterward.
If Miura wanted fans to view her as a tragic figure fallen from glory he should have emphasized her regularly and with Guts, not pushed into the background and babysat by a less relevant character (Farmesse) for the majority of their adventures. Miura does have scenes of her and Guts, reminding fans that their relationship is still fragmented, but the story events take precedence for too long and their situation loses its immediacy. Casca can (probably) be healed by the fairy queen (smh) anyway.
>implying she's not going to just off herself or run off to find Griffith again Falconia is pretty deceiving, but we have to remember that good things don't happen to Guts.

Too much damage on the shield already Small spaces with teammates where I can't shield anyone proPerley Sometimes I die anyway despite shielding it, so I might as well throw it out of the ring
Rien shield can tank the jihadi even if its 1/2000 health. The thing about tackling the dva jihadi is you die. 100% no chance of survival unless you have a Zarya who sees you. When you charge you drop the shield for the rest of your team meaning free dps on your squishies. Also you could not take it far enough and kill them too. Overall its best to sit and just shield, dont try and save the people out of your shield you're not fast enough. They gotta hope for a Lucio speed boost to get away or get to you. Dying all the time puts a shit ton of pressure on your dps.
I should probably clarify that I'm not charging a jihadi D.Va every time I see one. It's when I either think I'm about to die anyway or I can't block anyone from it in the first place. And I've definitely been killed by the Ult while my shield was up; just happened this morning, even watched the killcam to confirm it.

I play Pharah, Mercy, D.Va or Reinhardt. Most of those don't tend to get POTG.
You are not playing aggressively enough most likely. Environmental kills will net potg for pharah. Mercy a 3 rez or higher. DVa lucky ult. Rein a good Earthshatter-firestrike-charge, in that order.
I've gotten POTGs with D.Va, but the others are good points. I like Reinhardt, but I definitely haven't figured him out yet.
Get someone who is a godly dps to watch your back. That lets you play with way more freedom. Cause you can only heal so much stupid. Easier to dps out of a shit situation.
Yeah, it's a bit hard because I've just been PUGing through the weekend. Friends who own Overwatch are busy, those that don't have no interest in it.
I've discovered that the biggest problem with Reinhardt is that nobody will gET BEHIND THE BIG BLUE RECTANGLE WHAT THE FUCK
As a Lucio main, I've been burned too many times by Reinhardts dropping their shield to fire or charging at someone to rely much on the shield. And when it drops with several people using it, that spot becomes too vulnerable to ults or explosions.
I usually only charge if the opposing team are all walking bunched together (guaranteed kill unless I pick a tank, disorients them for a few seconds) or if I'm sacrificing to take care of a D.Va ult. Otherwise, I sit on the objective or try to shield the projectile players.
why suicide because of dva ult when you can just block it

We've got a memefestation going on, and while it's pretty great, it quickly kills the idea of having straight-faced discussions.
BAN MEMES FROM SERIOUS MAKE SERIOUS GREAT AGAIN BUILD A WALL AROUND SERIOUS
Psy said something about redoing the serious rules a couple days ago, i believe that's why they were taken down.
God bless

in low levels yeah, but the higher you get the brain cells kick in
Unfortunately, I doubt that I'll get to that appropriate level before the weekend ends. It'll probably be Christmas before I can afford Overwatch.
