Verb, do you know what the appropriate amount of a opiate is? Enough to limit pain to ensure survival. Heroin saves lives when used properly. Properly is the operative word. Is it bad that I enjoy the relief or even, dare I say, high of dilodid after surgery? There's a time and place for everything.
"Moderation" is not an umbrella that medical use falls under. You use "moderation" exclusively for recreational use, which is what I'm against.
And that's your prerogative. When so many outside interests have a profit motive in how we treat ourselves, why would what I say be offensive? Maybe some use it correctly and others abuse it?

Is it? Self medicating can be seen as a failure of a doctor or medical profession. Only we know our bodies and minds
I'd argue that the licensed physician/endocrinologist knows how my body works better than me. It's why self-medding for just about anything more complicated than allergies is looked down upon.

After clicking the thread I realized you meant musical, but Marcel Duchamp came to mind when I saw the title. So, whatever.
The funny part is that he had told the world years prior that he was quitting art to become a chess master. They found the painting behind a false door in his home after he died. The best kind of loon imo.

Not really. I've tried getting into it a few times before, but I don't enjoy it enough to put forth the effort to become good at it.
That's a shame. I find it exhilarating when a plan I've constructed falls into place, or when my opponent stupidly falls into one of my traps. It's almost like the perfectly-balanced fighting game I always wanted.

Can't say I haven't thought about it, but no. I tend to play a lot of solitaire in my down-time. It's quick and I can play without another person.

because it's the ONE persona game that nobody has ever told me to play, so naturally, i'm gonna play it
shitty thing about that is i'll be playing the stupid burgerized version of the game, because i cannot speak japanese, oh well
PSP version isn't burgerized.
is it a port of the original japanese version with translations, or is it like, a total remake
Moore player friendly menus, better ost, overworld, content that was left out of the US version (Snow Queen Route), etc. It's the Japanese game + a few updates to make it less PS1-y.
ehhh, i'll go with whatever i can find that's cheaper i suppose
i dunno if all of that is worth putting up with the PSP's clunkiness and shitty screen again
They're both on PSN, so neither is "hard" to find. Cheapest physical for Revelations: Persona is like $60 compared to P1's $20 is a big difference, though, as well as P1 being more likely to randomly find somewhere.

Yeah, the route is much harder than the base game iirc and it's an alternate route. It's more of a "I want more content and a reason to play again" route than a first-timer thing.
