so what had you caught between these two games in particular
Last fighting game that I got into was USF4, so SFV seems like the go-to. But I haven't heard amazing things about it, and I've heard a lot of good things about BBCF. It seems like the better fighting game, but Street Fighter is typically more populated and a bit more accessible.
the game is fine, it's just mired with a bunch of questionable smh-worthy design choices

sf4 and even sf3—EVEN SF3—took a lot of shit in their heyday, but now everyone looks back at them in reverence

just stay away from r/kappa
I still see people talk shit about Second Impact every now and again.

I love 3S tho, it's basically perfect
it really is

so, what does the LE of SFV come with? how does it compare with BB's?
SFV:
-10" Ryu statue
-48 page hardcover artbook

BBCF:
-Noel Vermillion Nendoroid
-10 song ost
-100 page hardcover artbook

street fighter v

pros:
+ we could play it together if you get it on PC (cause i know you don't like adding internet people on PSN)
+ it's a lot easier to get good at than most fighting games, while still being pretty fun + memes
+ largest player pool in fighting games right now besides maybe tekken
cons:
- you're supporting shitcom if you buy it
- lots and lots of DLC characters to get the full roster/experience (though characters CAN be free, if you work for them)
- silly looking gumby-on-steroids artstyle that may not appeal to everyone

blazblue:

pros
+ you like weebshit and blazblue is pretty hella on the weebshit
+ in terms of gameplay and design and mechanics, it's all-around the better fighting game
+ pretty cool stylized visuals that don't look like gumby on steroids
cons
- it's far tougher to learn and get good at, with an emphasis on lengthy combos and execution
- pretty small pool of players, and i for one do not plan on purchasing it myself
- low character diversity with insultingly bad female character designs (yes, even worse than R. Mika)

if you were looking to become a hardcore fighting game connoisseur, i would say blazblue for sure
if you just wanna play some fun fighting games casually, i would recommend SFV

so, whichever end of the spectrum you find yourself closer to
I want to be blazblue, but I'll probably end up SFV smh
You can`t buy both?
i think she's saying she lacks the S K I L L to play anything beyond SFV
more like patience to get that S K I L L
more like time to get that S K I L L
I'll just replace drinking time with "getting my ass kicked in bideogames" time

You know, wholesome things
drinking alone is pretty pathetic anyway
yeah but so am I so

Then again I'm not surprised, an Elf wraith that can brainwash orcs is a main part of the story so why should I be surprised

Shelob is hot now?
>Spawn of Ungoliant
>Darkness given form, only desire is to consume all
>"oh yeah she just forgot that she could shapeshift when the Hobbits came through"

10/10 mad

Will maybe she loses the power...
Ungoliant could, but Ungoliant almost killed Melkor (the most powerful being in Arda before he dispersed his power throughout his armies); Shelob has a fraction of that power.

"But still she was there, who was there before Sauron, and before the first stone of Barad-dûr; and she served none but herself, drinking the blood of Elves and Men, bloated and grown fat with endless brooding on her feasts, weaving webs of shadow; for all living things were her food, and her vomit darkness." She doesn't give two shit's about Middle-Earth, Celebrimbor, or Sauron.

Capcom took focus on tournaments and spectators this time with SFV, so SFV came out like accessible to everyone game, with focus on aggresive gameplay and input lag, so that prediction be more rewarding than reaction (which creates more wacky situations).

I dunno, I wouldn`t actually thought about it that hard and would bought Tekken 7
I don't like Tekken's movement, same reason I don't like MK.

I'd love a remake of NieR, but I'll believe it when I see it.
I'm fairly certain to Taro, it will be a thing if hes allowed to. He's never dismissed it and he's never directly said itsa not possible, its just up to SE.

It would be nice to play it again, but it actually looking and feeling better. That said, I'd be okay with a port
It's not him that I doubt, it's Squeenix. I just don't see it being "profitable" enough for them, even if it got the full Automata treatment.
