Yeah. I'm not buying the sequel or any of the expansions. Even when I had low expectations beforehand, they were still shattered.
However, I want to add that with the Halo 4 comparison, everything we're seeing from 343 is that they are genuinely listening to the feedback and admitting their mistakes. Bungie just seems to stick their fingers in their ears and yell NANANA I CANT HEAR YOU when faced with negative feedback, only listening to compliments.

I'm going to say September, yeah. Again, don't exactly bet on it, but that's the range I'm going to probably go with (maybe).
All of September is way too many people. You should do the first 10 or 20 members that joined, IMO.
The difference between July and September is 153 total members and 468 total members.

Many of those hundred or so users were never active either.
We'd be giving this special gift to people who would never use it.
Like I said, give it to that small group of users that were actually active around late August/early September. That way there will probably be 50 or less users who have it.
The Plug.DJ room is also a great indicator of who those users are. They were active in the "Community", not just the site.
Why not just make it an award for using that then? It seems unfair if it's only the people on there.
