Looks like a cast in an arm-sling. If there's a more specific term for it, I don't really know what it is :\
I'd train it for the event of fighting someone else and coming out unscathed.

This week has just been me working on assignments I could have been doing on the weekend. But since it's break I get to not slowly kill myself with poorly designed academic dross which doesn't pertain to my actual goals.
So that means I have yet another opportunity to start another round of independent studies. Fingers crossed I don't fuck it up this time.
