For the same reason, we need to focus efforts on female students when it comes to managing oneself with alcohol.

The efforts need to not be solely on the education of female students, though. These fraternities that are known to be breeding grounds for sexual assault need to be dealt with as well.

Because frats are the only place where rape happens. Get real.

Just a significant percentage. No big deal.

Oh ok. A significant percentage of Black people commit crimes. We gotta shut down all black people right?

Nah. Just the frats that are known to be where sexual assaults happen routinely. Especially where members know it happens and don't report.

Never snitch on a brother.

Yeah, done with you on this.

Except that doesn't just apply to frats. It applies to family and friends too.

If anyone of my friends or family gang rape anyone, I'm disowning them as fast I can. Blind loyalty be damned.

but its looking up, I guess
It really isn't. The more I read about Destiny, the more disappointed in Bungie I get. This is the company that I used to praise with friends. The company that did the most awesome things of any game developer I knew, like the Bungie Day stuff (hooking up with a team of 4 to find Bungie for a steak or Recon? Hell yes.), free maps for DLC, the awesome weekly updates and the picture/clip/forge contests. The company that actually seemed to care for its fans and the people who played their games.

Bungie is dead. They made the latest and greatest AAA title, more expensive than any other game before, and it failed. Disc locked content? Virtually no story? "Become a free style legend" stunt sparrow DLC? Bland, repetitive and downright lackluster missions, gameplay and multiplayer? Tolerating and even encouraging the dozens of mentally challenged 12 year old "desticles" that are now their target audience and core community while seemingly willingly driving away anyone who's been there for years?

Destiny won't get better. And neither will Bungie. I'm glad you still enjoy the game, but do yourself a favor and don't try to convince yourself that things are looking up because of a few overpriced new items and quests. It'll only lead to more disappointment.

Destiny was dull as beige, and had less story than half a transformers movie. But it by no means failed, it made a shit load of cash, and activision will be sure to bring it about again in a couple years time. However, since it doesn't have the reputation and history of COD or Mario, people won't be nearly as gullible next time. If it wants to survive, it has to appease.
The long term fans are the ones who stick around for the DLC and extras; they can't survive on 'desticles' as you all the, .
Bungie isn't dead. Its changed a hell load, not for the better so far, but I should think it will do all it can right now to keep people happy after spending 10 years on the high horse and suddenly finding themselves knee deep in shit.

And besides, I can't get much more dissapointed than I already am now. I got nothing to lose by being open minded. If its good, I''l buy it. If not, I won't.

I'm slightly with PSU on this topic. We recently had a judge in this country saying women need to learn to drink more responsibly, because it's making rape cases extremely hard on the judiciary.

By no means am I excusing the rapists, and I certainly think there is something of a sexual assault "culture" among students - although out of sheer ignorance, not malice. Education is the best option, and teaching students about what crosses the boundaries and where consent lies.

Education, however, is a marathon and in the meantime you need to prop your efforts up. You can have social programmes in Detroit, but you don't walk through the middle of the city with a fat wad of fifties. For the same reason, we need to focus efforts on female students when it comes to managing oneself with alcohol.

Eh..I think that only really applies to cases where it was ensure whether valid consent was given at the time, or when both parties where drunk.

Shit like the OP's example is pretty one sided, no amount of drinking or not drinking can avoid that.

The greatest sin more than any of this is the fact Crota is just a Knight.
You think at least he'd have some badass armor and magic effects or something like that.

But, as Bungie has proven, it is far easier to just resize and slightly change the textures of a preexisting enemy.
I was expecting a demigod type being with ridiculously large spiky ornamental armor.

But instead, Crota's going to be a Knight that's even more of a bullet sponge.
Not really sure how ridiculously large spikes on armor fit with the Hive's art style, but maybe. I'd be more expecting of ornamental skulls with ash black armor that has a green fire underneath and at joints where you'd think his body would be.

Maybe thats his final form?
Okay, now you're just trying to give Bungie too much credit.

I wouldn't be surprised if Hannaford had designed something awesome that looked something like what I described or better, but the character modeling team at Bungie doesn't have it cut out for them to make something like that.

Eh, maybe the criticism destiny got was a wake up call to get into first gear. After every boss being a standard enemy with extra bells and whistles, they actually wanted to try something different or impressive.
The majority of the DLC was made before release. They've just been making tweaks to it.

That may have originally been the case, but in seeing the backlash, they try to quickly fix things up

Best form of rape prevention right here. I'd make sure if I ever have a daughter, she'd get one before going off to college

That could be easily turned against you, and make things even worse...

The DLC itself is starting to look a little bit better
YouTube

Okay that's total bullshit.

But the inclusion of quests, some cool new gear specific materials and new raid mechanics at least shows they're trying. Yeah, it still seems hella overpriced for £20, and its missing a strike for Xbox people ( fuck activision), but its looking up, I guess:

Actually...Rumour is a dev said that the knight is just one of his forms.

The DLC itself is starting to look a little bit better as well since side quests are revealed.

What kind of rage we talking?
As in wanting to hit somebody for telling you to get dressed.

Like imagining hitting/torturing them in your head as you quietly grumble yet feel on the cusp of a total breakdown, or out loud threatening them?

Cos I do the former all the time with bus drivers.

Most of the emotional stuff sounds normal, at least from my point of view.

Honestly, you're just kinda like me, except a lot less fearful and more of a dick.
It's certainly normal when more tempered, but you have to consider it in quite an exaggerated manner. It isn't simply going from moderately happy to frustrated, it's going from fairly joyous to intensely angry. Or, more often than not, from depression to rage.

What kind of rage we talking?

Me, obviously.

Prove that you have never felt that feeling, the feeling of which is the feel when you feel that feel when no girlfriend.
But you see, to never have felt that feel would make me an even shittier songwriter than I already am.

You'd be original. Everyone and their mother writes love songs.
But I don't want to be a fedoracore black metal dude who writes about burning churches with little orphans inside of them!

Than be a collective of weird cartoon characters who sing about a surreal meta late 90's/early 2000's urban esque fantasy!
That sounds nerdy, yo.

Gorillaz ain't nerdy bro.......

I think

Ugh, econ talk

TLDR?
Real losses to GDP are now larger than those seen in the 30s.

Least the impacts of that aren't as bad. Kids aren't starving. Well, fewer are.
