Goals are great and all, but do we really want to get very big? I'm quite content with a closer-knit community, and I doubt that anyone here wants the clusterfrack of chaos, anonymity, and general pointlessness that larger communities have. B.old flood was great because it was just large enough to be entertaining while still retaining a sense of belonging. We need to keep this in mind as we move forward.
I highly doubt we'll get to the size of B.net or even 08-12 Flood, unless we get ridiculously popular.
The flood never really was that popular to begin with. It maybe had an average of 100 members on at a time (I'm talking just the flood, not the entire website), so I can easily see us getting to that level.
Well that's my personal goal is to have 100-200 active members. Meaning having 100-200 people online at all times of the day.
That's definitely within the realm of possibility.
