I'm judging the game based on it's most popular playlists. It seems to me like you're just looking for the small holes in my argument because they allow you to defend the game.

Uh, no. I never saif that popularity equals objective superiority. It's just that literally no one plays MW2 for the hardcore modes. There's barely one lobby for any given hardcore playlist, which speaks enough. When people say, "the game is unbalanced", no one chimes in to say "well, you're not playing hardcore so you're wrong." I love MW2 and it's in my top 5 favourite games of last generation, but anyone defending this game's inherit unbalance is delusional.

Arkham games I trust. I didn't preorder Origins becauae I didn't know the dev, but I know Rocksteady. They make quality games. Devs that don't fuck me over consistently deserve my money, and because I want the game ASAP, I want to preload. And to get preload, I need to preorder digitally.
Bungie was a dev everyone could trust...
And the no longer are. The only scenario I can see myself buying their next game is used from a friend, and only if it gets good reviews. Same with Ubisoft.

Not even being remotely sarcastic. Half your arguments are subjective, backed by nostalgia (which I understand). Of course if you use a gun like the LSW, you CAN get kills. But it's nowhere near as good as the top tier guns like the RPD, Tar, Famas, etc. Everything is either grossly overpowered or ridiculously underpowered.

The L86 LSW was a fucking monster with FMJ. That gun also does the most damage-per-second in the game, something a lot of people don't know.
I used the F2000 thoroughly and would kill people all the time with it and get headshots like crazy. I got red-tiger for it super fast, the fastest for any other gun I have. I would always outgun people with M16s, ACRs, and SCARs. The gun doesn't suck, you just gotta know how to use it.
The Vector was useful because it has the fastest firing rate out of any SMG. It ended up becoming my 2nd favorite smg in the game other than the UMP 45 because it shot so fast.
Not that many people know this but the MG4 is probably the most accurate gun in the game. People would always use Thermal and ACOG with it and they would do pretty great with it.
The M240 wasn't useless. It was like the L86, but with a faster firing rate. FMJ on this gun was extremely effective as well.
The WA2000 sucks ass, I agree. They should have had the Dragunov instead of the WA2000.
The Thumper? Useless? HA! Put Scavenger Pro and Danger Close with the Thumper and you'll be almost unstoppable... almost.

Underpass and Estate are the only shit maps in the game. I hate Underpass because I can't see shit in the rain. That's why I hate rainy maps. Estate is better but not that much. I did enjoy sniping on that map however and I knew a sweet Sentry Gun spot.

This happened to me too, but shouldn't be included in a list that's meant to prove how good a game is. It should because its still the best.

That's good. I hate it when people spoil games for me. I had a friend tell me something from a game as I was playing it that I thought was just background lore, 5 minutes later I discover that what he said was a main part of the plot.
I can just destroy any enjoyability you might get. It sucks. A lot.
