The Flood / Re: Women enjoy cat calling if you're attractive

There's a time and a place for it. No matter how attractive you are, if you cat-call a stranger you just make yourself look like a flog, unless your specific cat call in question happens to be an absolute bloody rippa call m8

this was way harder than it needed to be

That looked like it should've been over in 6 or 7, too. Unlucky.

It's playable with basically any major page as the article. My old classmates did it based on time instead of clicks, though.

Aesthetically, the Campaign remaster was fine. It fixed the pitch blackness that was 99% of Halo 2's lighting, and they managed to make it look pretty refreshed. It was a big step forward from what CEA was. The remastered maps just seem to be a Halo 4 clone, though. I'm not a huge fan of the MP.

I'm not the biggest fan of Death Metal/Metalcore/Deathcore, but I wouldn't say I loathe it. My dislike of specific genres isn't that strong.

: ) is acceptable when used at the end of friendly sentences, although I agree it can look a bit cheeky.
: D and xD/XD just look cringeworthy, and shouldn't be used by anybody older than 14 years of age.

Gaming / Re: Halo 5's not having split screen
« on: July 02, 2015, 11:35:42 AM »
As much as Players with local guests were generally terribad on any Halo, and Reach's Split-screen aesthetics made me want to poke my eyes out with a spoon, Split screen gaming should still be an option. Almost any game is most fun playing it split screen with a few friends.

It's not a lot to lament about seeing as the Wii-U still caters to the local MP crowd with stuff like Mario Kart 8 and 8 player Smash, and nothing is preventing one from purchasing a classic console to offer the same thrills, but I still feel that not including Split Screen in Halo 5 is shutting the door on a feature that's really not that hard to add in the first place.

About 200 of 330 people on my friends list have done it. Of those 200, maybe 3 have been to America at least once. I have no idea why they're celebrating. They're Australian and Gay Marriage is still illegal.
Well likely they're either just keeping up with the cultural in thing to do right now or they believe this will help springboard a change in other countries such as Australia.
Then why not do it when other countries did it? One could argue that Spain or New Zealand legalizing same-sex marriage would be just as much motivation for a major push to have it legalized in Australia, as the US or any other country.
As much as I hate to say it the US is one of the biggest cultural and influential countries in the world.
Also it was made a very big deal whereas Spain might have been a bit more under the radar. Y'know?

Well, in both cases, major news articles/reports were made about it. I have a feeling that US citizens did the Rainbow thing first, and then Australian Facebookers, being the bandwagoners that they are, joined in on the display picture-changing.
