Being a pro Cyclist is up there, but realistically, if I haven't done anything significant before I'm out of the U23 age category, it's probably never going to happen.

Cool, what meme is this?

This is an Australian Young Adult Programs that typically aired at 5:30pm meme.

Summer, easily. When it's sunny, literally everything becomes more enjoyable, and I'm more motivated to go and do shit, even if it's 45 Degrees Celsius and blowing a Gale. At least in my area, there's nothing enjoyable about Winter. It's real freakin cold, and the wind makes sure you know it, no matter how many layers of Windbreakers and Merino you're wearing. It's also not uncommon to go 8 months straight without seeing the Sun. Snow might do something to add a little novelty to it, but we never get any. It's either Cloudy. Sleet or Hail.

Try Reading some of the terminals Bungie wrote. It's like they can't string a sentence together without having a few symbols and letters that don't make sense. Example:
Quote
"If a large bomb is allowed to detonate in the Engineering Section, the Marathon would be ^&2``~<Colloquialism Search Error #F9C>"

Forget the whole "Corrupt/Under Attack AI" Charade and let me piece the damn backstory together you jerks omg. They even had shit like this in Halo 3.

You can't deny that GUNGNIR mix is an abomination of MJOLNIR mix, though.
Just how GUNGNIR is an abomination if the MJOLNIR Helmet. It makes perfect sense!

Some of them can help recognize users from b.net more quickly. I'll acknowledge that my Orange one clashed putridly with the background on this site, but more aesthetically pleasing ones deserve to stay.

What really needs to be banned is that god awful default avatar.

I'm not famous enough to compete with an Italian Hypercar for top spots on a Google Image search.

Also didn't you post a screenshot of a Furry themed Coup you had at one point?

My biggest criticism of CEA is the bad sound effects and the Reach character models looking wrong (I haven't figured the exact element that makes this look wrong to me yet, but I'll report back when I do) on CE Animations. Not much can be done about the latter, because it's probably the easiest way to go about a remaster on an engine that old, without writing a completely new program to boost the graphics (e.g Opensauce) and potentially delaying the release.

Given the Launch Price, and the Engine, it's a bit unfair to hold it to the visual standards of a Triple A of 2011, but personally, I certainly would've appreciated something like a complete rebuild of the game on Reach's engine instead. Presumably the Feedback forum was responsible for the old school engine/switch option.

Lemon and Verb, from what I've seen, aren't afraid to state their honest opinion, no matter what the topic, so I guess that makes them Trustworthy.

That said, aside from a few major dramas happening earlier in the site's history, I haven't been given a reason to distrust much of the larger userbase, either.

Question I haven't played Mario Party in a long time (last one being 7) but, when you have to hit the dice do they give you a limited time before, they do it for you? And, does it also happen when, your making a choice of which direction you want to go on the board?

Dude I haven't played past 3.

8154
Is CEA the only Halo you've played or something?

I'm going to assume this sounded legitimately condescending in your head. Of course I've put significant time into (at least the campaigns of) each major FPS title in the series to date. What does this question have to do with anything?

Well when you're using promotional screenshots watermarked by the Devs themselves, of course they'll have the aesthetic completely on point. I'm not even going to bother responding to the other stuff you said, because you're repeating yourself, and I feel my original response to those points basically covers what I wanted to say.

If Saber were allowed to make changes to the game other than updating it visually, then there wouldn't be an issue.
But 343 made the decision not to let them because "m-muh halo needs to stay the same" mentality of the retarded fanbase.

Not much to say here, other than I agree. In many cases, the fanbase (and not just of Halo) needs to take its nostalgia glasses off, or just come to terms with the fact that they deliver terrible feedback to Game devs.

The Flood / Re: An infinite-sided die is rollled infinite times
« on: August 25, 2015, 03:26:11 PM »
No matter how I look at it, it seems impossible. If you look at it from the point of view that it's a realistic shape, said Die would be a Perfect sphere, with each side having a surface area of Zero. This makes it impossible to have any of the "Faces" to land upwards, because they don't have a surface area, and thus don't exist. If you drew a grid on said sphere, with each square representing a face, then it would have a finite amount of faces, making it ineligible for the "experiment."

A die with infinite faces, each with a quantifiable surface area, whilst being an impossible shape, would run into the problem of there always being more faces than the number of rolls that have occurred, ad infinitium. The two can't really cancel each other out, unless the die rolls can somehow happen in a finite amount of time.

This makes my head hurt.

Why sell your previous console when you get an upgrade? If you're in a financial position where you need that extra $50-70 to afford the upgrade, should you really be upgrading, or would it be better to wait for the next paycheck. I mean, if one doesn't hold any intrinsic value to it, then they're at liberty to do as they please, but the guy in the article sounds legitimately attached to his 360, so the decision should be pretty obvious.
