It was a pretty up and down year for me. I started to get my fitness back early in the year, went to university, got a second job and started to have a semi decent social life. Then I got hit with a nasty flu that had the side effect of making me unable to sleep and lingered for a month and a half. Enough time to throw my study and exercise completely off track. I ended up failing the semester and deferred my studies after that.
I lost track of everybody I met after deferring and I still haven't been able to get on top of my fitness again, though weekly boxing sessions over the year has helped. I got my first car a while ago and it's one I really like, but about a month after I got it, Mum's bad service history caught up with her, meaning her car's days are numbered. The engine now sounds like a diesel rotary, despite being a straight six. Work have lately not been giving me any shifts and I have a parking fine to pay off.
I'm starting to come good though, I'm back on the grind of sending out job applications, and despite my success rate being less than 0.03% I'm pretty confident I can land an apprenticeship by February.

64 Mario is straight up broken, how is he not the best character? Especially with Dream Land being the only legal stage, it's like playing Smash 4 pre-patch Luigi with Brawl Falco lasers and mad hitstun. Mario tornado is probably the best move in the game on top of being the most tilting. Is there a way to SDI out?

Nah I just used the same strategy I've been using for like 15 years (from the "items on, free for all" days), I didn't try it in earlier 64 tournaments because I thought I'd just get bodied, but it turns out I can just run up and do Mario's down special and it's an absolute fucking blood bath lmao, I'm pretty sure I 3 and 4 stocked everybody once I brought out the Mario and grand finals was 6-0 my way.
