You know I definitely thought this person was the one, but...these last few months have shown me that I was too blinded by love to realize how wrong certain things were. It makes you feel really dirty when you realize that you were being used and manipulated but had no idea.
...So yeah.
You should feel not that of filth but of enlightenment, for you have gained a vast wealth of knowledge from this experience and can use it to your advantage in more critical years of your life. I too, as have many other, walked that path of manipulation. All one can hope to do when all is said and done is to extract all information possible from this, so as to never allow it to happen again.

It's a mix of both. It's good knowing so that I don't get unknowingly strung through that for another few years, but it still hurts so much to know that the person I was going to devote my entire life to was just using me and that so much of it all was just...fake. Not just that, but I really thought this person was my best friend, you know?
I know exactly what you mean but thankfully it has been many years since I was in your situation, so I have had time to recover and you will too. I remember all too well the burning taste of betrayal and confusion that I was left with and as you are fully aware, it is not something to enjoy.

I have noticed, in my travels, large variations between the European style and American style of the art of picking up grills. So much so, that I have pondered the differences many a restless night filled with anxty turmoil. In short, I ask of you to further define how Americans 'play the game' (European welcome too) For example, I notice Americans specilaise in going for cold pick-ups, where they straight up ask for a grills number they have never spoken to before. This is quite difficult to fathom. This can be seen as an advice thread for those of you still confused as to its purpose, what is your preferred method?
