As long as you're careful the spiders themselves aren't that bad. I'm honestly more worried about their egg sacs considering you can find them everywhere. They're identifiable by the spikes all around the egg sac. Newborns don't have their venom regulator developed yet and if you crush the sac they'll all come pouring out. Just like four weeks ago, I had to be careful spraying an area right under our window that had roughly 20 sacs underneath. Things like house spiders and such I don't kill though.

There's nothing stopping a gay person from perving on the person the next urinal over either. It just seems like something meaningless to worry about considering the bathroom has never been a safe haven away from people who may find you sexually attractive.

My point is that pervs will perv, regardless of what sex/gender restrictions a bathroom has. You can't remove a possibility like that unless you redesign bathrooms to be completely separate individual stalls with their own walls separating them from other stalls.

Well, how many cases of gay people perving on others in the bathroom do you hear of? I can't really think of any. And considering that transgenders are a far smaller group than gays, do you really think their will be a spike in bathroom related incidents seeing as how we have not had that problem with larger LGBT minorities?

Personally, I can't wait til the government actually resolves this whole ordeal. Schools have to follow federal law because they receive federal funding, so states really have no right to throw a pissy fit over all this. I just know that right now I may have to find another district to work in since my county is losing funding as well.
Actually each state is responsible for its own education system
They just get federal money (which is a lot) if they comply with Department of Education guidelines
And the government money is quite easy to get so states form their budget with that funding expected to be obtained
So schools are kinda dependent on the government which sucks because now Obama can bully them into doing whatever he wants them to do
And that's how it's been for a long time. Trust me, I know. I've had to spend time learning shit like section 504 for example while doing my internship.

There usually is a very large difference in mentality between a 15 and 18 year old.
