Okay so I've done everything that I think I needed to do in GZ, I extracted all of the important guys (I extracted 90% of the random POWs) and I've done the missions that give you skins and such on hard and normal.

Well, it started out with him asking what I thought about him and I said I thought he was a pretty cool guy, and then he asked if I've ever dated and I said no, then he asked if I wanted to date him and then I just told him that I was really surprised because I thought no one actually had a crush on me or anything.

You obviously haven't played old world blues, dead money or lonesome road
I have
Dead money: I'm not saying its bad but I hated playing that dlc.
Lonesome road: It was good
Old world blues: It was alright, but nothing special
Dead Money is amazing. The key is exploring, to find codes, chips and items. If possible, get a high explosives skill so you can craft tin grenades. It's a much more enjoyable DLC if you take your time and play it tactically rather than blindly rushing in to get it out of the way as quick as possible.
That (The rushing) part was what I did on my first playthrough and I hated it. Now I can do it on the higher difficulties+ hardcore just fine.
DM really has some of the best characters, especially if you talk to veronica at all in the ame.
Old World Blues is easily one of the best because of the theme. The dialogue and overall setting really look like they've come out of a 50's sci fi B-Movie, moreso than the rest of the series. Plus, all three really link their stories together beautifully.
I did like the characters ,and I do take my time when I play it, I've played it about ten times now.

I think its more like "not everyone is like this, so it's a disorder" type of thing. I don't know.
