There was one in Dragon Age: Inquisition
Dunno if a trans character fits in the context of 19th century Britain though...
And a trans doesn't fit in DA:I either. Fuck man, they're is still slaves in that universe and discrimination against elves and whatnot, i\I doubt they'd be easy on a Trans.

First join up with a lord and fight for them until you get some decent gear. Then either become a mercenary fighting for various kingdoms or a vassal and build up renown and Right to Rule. Also, never take lords prisoner unless you have to. Letting them go free gives a massive boost to relations with that lord.
As for factions you should become a vassal of, I'd personally recommend the Targs. You'll be at war with almost all your neighboors all the time, but you will almost always be on the offensive. Not to mention that the Targaryens have some of the best troops in the game.
Atm I got a small force grown and I sailed to the Free lands. Gotta find Targaryens now..
Hint Spoiler look towards the left coast for a manse, pm me/quote me if you need help finding or completeing the quests, I found them hard to find and start at first.

The ability to control every single one of my faculties is the most important thing about my autonomy, and I think everybody else should think the same way. Your brain is the most important organ in your entire body--the last thing you should want to do is play around with it. Even if it's temporary. It's just not for you to mess around with.
I see your point, but I most of the smokers I know, not the ones here, like the way it affects your brain. Plus there's also the fact that most smokers I know are also depressed and they see it as a way of having fun when down.
