The US, who already begun research, had come close to automatic weaponry, sharing their findings with Germany to further their partnership.
More messages would be sent to the countries, urging them more and more. The added topic being the recent crusades beginning that will be discussed.
Germany thanks the US for this.
Germany proposes that some sort of device could possibly carry a man great distances with the weapons that are already used by the military. The idea is ridiculed and mocked as wizardry in the homeland however. The project stalls before it's beginning.
The US would catch interest in this type of vehicle, and focuses it's weapon and vehicle research on this idea. Helping Germany with this project.
All of the current PC Countries would have US personnel sent to their respective countries, all invited diplomats would be escorted by this personnel to Washington DC, where chemical and incendiary weaponry can be discussed, also talks of the recent crusades are discussed.
Antarctica has sent a diplomat. Antarctica, being a non religious country, does not care for the crusades. Due to Antarctica's climate we have on incendiaries, but not in the form of weapons. Antarctica offers any help it can to both Chem weapons and incendiary weapons.

Theodore would reply with peace treaties, to expire within a decade. Trade agreements would also be set between the countries. However as the US sees them as a smaller country there would be fewer goods sent to them unlike other countries
