I don't really watch tv shows. They're all garbage. I watched most of the walking dead series though. That was good. And I watched Avatar:TLA. But yeah literally nothing else is good enough to get me interested enough in watching it regularly.
>TWD >Good
lmao
>other people >having different opinions LOL what the fuck is up with that

Is it on Netflix?
Nope, seasons 1-5 are on Hulu, and the new season is on Yahoo Screen.

I gave up on Community several seasons ago. I haven't even bothered to watch the new stuff on Yahoo.
Well, everything past season 3 isn't nearly as good as the second and third seasons. If you're going to give it a chance, don't start with anything past or before those like Lemon did.

No bullshitting though the time line thing ended up being pretty well done. Even made me laugh.
Yeah, it's really clever how certain things are set up. Like, there's a reason everything goes to hell in the darkest timeline, it's not just chaos for the sake of chaos. The whole show is like that, but most people here just see "omg lel anothur american sitcom, LOL the new episodes are actually on YAHOO?? I'm done" Also, if you watched the YT video in the OP, just note that about 33% of the video is cut off for copyright purposes, so you may have missed a thing or two.

You two retards are trying way too hard to make your furry fox obsession a thing
Except my fox thing was always a thing, remember? Elegiac is just trying too hard -_-
No, Elegiac's is more of a thing since he has a fox avatar and a lot of his threads are fox related. Even his goodnight threads were fox related. Yours is you who's trying too hard.
I started the goodnight thing. And Elegiac having a fox avatar is him trying too hard.
Why the fuck does this even matter? It's like a contest over who's the most autistic.

Community is terrible
Here's why
Also GOT isn't even the best.
Lol nice one, for a second I thought you were serious about not liking Community
No I am serious.
What is it with Europeans and shitty TV show opinions?
What is it with Americans liking awful TV shows?
Solid comeback mate

Jesus Christ, stop bragging about your raging hate boner for American comedy, we fucking get it. And no, you obviously haven't seen much of it if you can't at least concede that it's vastly more clever than shit like The Big Bang Theory or Friends. That's hardly saying much though is it. And I'm not hating it just because it's American. It just so happens that American comedy is gutter tier.
You've literally said that four times ITT bro
Because it's true
What will it take for you to stop replying to this thread?

You're so cool, bro.
Like honestly, people fucking mindlessly hate on everything these days. Don't watch a snippet of an episode and judge the whole goddamn show based on that. Go out and watch the episode. Or hell, almost any episode. RCT is just the show at it's best. With no context, I just used that clip to illustrate how the show deviates from anything normal about sitcoms or television.
Spoiler Like honestly. Just go watch the entire episode, and if you still don't like it, I'll be shocked. Literally everyone I've shown it to has loved it, because it's amazingly written. I'm not mindlessly hating it though. I've watched an episode of it when it was put up on Bongflix. It was awful. American sitcoms are really bad in almost every case, and Community is no exception to this.
American comedy is generally pretty bad and feels so forced and cringy when trying to be funny.
You probably watched one from season four. Dan Harmon left after S3 and then came back for S5 onwards, so the 'gas leak year' as it's called in-universe is really terrible.
It sounds like an excuse, but it's the truth. And anyway, this isn't about American comedy, DH's works pretty much transcend that. Ever heard of Rick and Morty? Great show by him that's almost as good as Community.
But whatever, I can't get you to like a show you're committed to disliking. Pretty much every episode from seasons two and three are gold. If you're paying attention, Remedial Chaos Theory is a fucking experience. You're lucky to get the show on Netflix, so you should really just give it another chance and watch that episode when you get around to it. Worst case scenario, 21 minutes of your life is wasted. Big deal.
It was season 1, for blatantly obvious reasons. Everything else I've seen from the show is god awful too.
You're saying the video in your OP is a great scene from a great episode, but it was actually really bad. Again, further supporting that American sitcoms are awful.
Whatever, man. Enjoy your terrible opinion.
But I don't think Community is a good show though.
Exactly. It's an incredibly deep, well-written show that tons of work is put into and you're judging it based on one S1 episode and an out of context scene. So unless you're actually going to actually give it a chance, there's no use to continue shitting up this thread.
I've seen other parts of it other than just the first episode. It was all badly written forced comedy, like 99% of American comedy.

Pokemon sure is creative. yeah, it actually is
because you're like, "what the fuck is a pokemon" and then you watch the show, and you learn
you say a word like "community" and i'm already snoring it's like calling your show "conversation" or "public discourse"
You're the worst. A show's title doesn't have to be some elaborate bullshit for it to be a good show. Would you honestly say that "The Office" or "Parks and Recreation" were boring shows? Like, just fuck off if you honestly judge the entirety of a show based on its title. I can accept pretty much everything else about you because I see you as an intelligent guy, but that's just moronic.

it just seems so boring the show is called "community" for fuck's sake
that's almost as bland as "the office"
still waiting for a show called "people" or... "stuff"
LOL judging a show based on its fucking title never change, man Also, bland? Are you kidding me? There's a good amount of legitimate criticisms you can make to the show, but bland definitely isn't one of them. I mean, jeez, here's the part of the scene that comes after the insane one in the OP

...watch Remedial Chaos Theory. One of the most intelligent and deep half-hours of television out there. Spoiler The episode takes a little bit to get started, but most of it is set up dialogue for things that happen later. That's why it's a great one to rewatch, there's a lot of foreshadowing. Also, don't let the first line throw you off, that's just a semi-annoying running gag.
Damn, I also realize that the video I linked has 10% cut off from the top and bottom for copyright or some shit. Just watch it on Hulu if you can.
