The first portion of this money is used to heighten infrastructure in Alinor. Quality of life rises for all citizens of the province. 4/5 of the money from loot gathered still available.

The justiciars arrive at the Isle of Balfiera and move toward Ada-mantia.
Justiciars arrive in Ada-mantia and obtain the Black Marsh jewels. The army moves into the tower and stays there until further notice. 2,000 justiciars stationed in Alinor begin training to become professional Daedra opposers.

With half a ship of valuables seized, the justiciar battalion in Black Marsh returns to Elsweyr.

The Dominion begins the annexation of Stros M'Kai.

Due to the now-terrible conditions of the areas, an additional 3,800 natives sign up for the Aldmeri ground army. The natives, pillaged goods, and 5,600 justiciars are sent back to Firsthold, while 387 justiciars are sent to Iliac Bay.
The justiciars arrive at the Isle of Balfiera and move toward Ada-mantia.

The justiciars in Black Marsh continue to sweep through the Imperial Reserve, seizing any money or valuables along the way, and only killing those who raise arms against them. Once the battalion reaches the Reserve's vaults, the justiciar commander threatens to wipe out the entire branch if none of the workers open the vaults for the attackers. The demand is obliged, and the commander is disappointed to find a sparse amount of items in the them. He orders his army to move throughout the rest of the Reserve, take whatever valuables they can find, and then meet back at the ships.

8,800 soldiers training -- 19%

The Dominion sends 1000 soldiers in 5 different ships eastward.
The soldiers arrive in eastern Topal Bay. They hold their position there until further notice.
The ships move toward Soulrest and dock in the Argonian branch of the Imperial Reserve. The 1,000 justiciars exit the ships and move toward the secure vault of the Reserve, killing anyone who attempts to oppose them. Anyone surrendering or not attacking the justiciars are ignored for now.

Any remaining Hammerfell soldiers or government in Helgathe, Gilane, Taneth, and Rihad have been completely decimated. The vast majority of food from storages, stores, farms, or private homes has been taken. All weapons and armor with a quality higher than iron have been taken. All found jewelry has been taken. All money from privately-owned banks has been taken. The homes that were hit that hardest were the rich ones, but essentially 90% of Hammerfell goods - owned and for sale - have been forcibly seized. Homes of executed Talos worshippers are burned to the ground. The cities devolve into poverty and chaos as the Dominion begins exiting the areas, allowing for Akavri occupation. Due to the now-terrible conditions of the areas, an additional 3,800 natives sign up for the Aldmeri ground army. The natives, pillaged goods, and 5,600 justiciars are sent back to Firsthold, while 387 justiciars are sent to Iliac Bay.

The Aldmeri Dominion renames the Summerset Isles to Alinor.

Stores, farms, banks, blacksmiths, and private homes in the four Hammerfell cities continue to be raided by Aldmeri forces. Those found with an artifact or text of Talos are rounded up. Those who cooperate with the Thalmor are offered paid positions in Summerset Isles industry and the army.
Occupation of the four cities is largely complete. Little to no resistance remains in most of the conquered areas. Discovered Talos worshippers who have been rounded up are taken to each city's respective town square. Those who publicly disavow their false god are simply beheaded, heretics who continue the charade are sliced across the gut and bled out.

8,400 natives so far have submitted to Thalmor rule and accepted the offer to serve the Dominion. 3,400 are assigned to work in Aldmeri industry, while 5,000 begin training for the army.

All graht-oaks in Valenwood have been destroyed. 2,000 soldiers from Elsweyr are rerouted to the province to contain inevitable backlash.

Ships south of Hammerfell separate into four groups of 1,500 justiciars each and begin heading for Helgathe, Gilane, Taneth, and Rihad. Expected to arrive by next page.
The justiciars arrive in their respective cities and attack quickly and brutally. Equipped with high-quality elven armor and swords, and knowledgeable about the deadliest destruction magic spells, the justiciars begin sweeping through the ports of the cities. Anyone clearly surrendering can be spared, the rest have been ordered to be killed.
The justiciar army continues to march through the cities, quickly wiping out any organized opposition. The nature of the surprise attack, and skill and number of the justiciars allows the occupation to smoothly happen. As the soldiers storm through the cities, food, weapons, armor, jewelry, valuables, and anything else deemed worth the time is forcibly taken from the locals. Any kind of butchery or restaurant is raided down to the last crumb.

In addition, banks and wealthy homes are entered and seized.

Motive is clear, Hammerfell must fall.
Soldiers have orders to kill all who stand against them, including women, children, and the elderly.
We can't really do this if Mordo isn't here...

I just want to be clear, each time a tower is destroyed, Deadric influence will spread, it's just a natural response to the thinning of our reality.
The whispers of Oblivion reach out from the dying flames of the Graht-Oak. Talk spreads among Deadra worshippers of summoning and champions.
Read up on your lore, man. The towers don't protect Mundus from Oblivion, they protect Mundus from total nonexistence. The towers are literally the pillars of reality. They hold the mortal universe together, it has nothing to do with Oblivion.
