You're really not getting what I'm saying here, at all.
Because none of it makes ANY rational sense. At all.
I'm literally just stating facts. When you die, you won't be able to see or comprehend anyone finding your body or being upset over it. Does that mean it doesn't matter? Does that mean it's not immoral? No, I never claimed anything of the sort. I'm just talking about the point of view of the mind. If you're the type of person who does care, and is concerned with others after death, then you'll make preparations around that before you die.
Why would you not care about other people after you die?
Same reason you wouldn't care about others before you die. Selfishness. The only difference is that you won't be able to feel the guilt for your bad act after you die.

I know for a FACT that my family would be traumatized if she found my body riddled with bullets in my room--but let's go with that method anyway, because nothing matters!

What a fucking joke.
I guess you just skipped over my post.

Before you die, you can know that you won't be able to feel relief or remorse about the circumstances of your death, but act in a certain way to shield those who live on anyway, or you can not do that and let those who live on have a hard time when you're dead. One is obviously the "good" option.

MSG is worse than HFCS
its not tho
Damn, you're 0/2 on one line opinions ITT

The head architect for an ambitious bridge project just died. I guess we should just stop building the bridge.
What?

People live on. The bridge doesn't exist or matter to the architect anymore, but it exists and matters to us.

11586
I guess you think there's some kind of slim margin between admitting there's a removal of capacity to care when you're dead, and believing you are god and everyone around you is a figment of your imagination

those two things are so similar, pretty much indistinct
Yes.
You could at least argue they both have a negative result, but there's nothing more different than believing trillions of people, all of history, and the world itself exists and believing that it doesn't.

You can keep calling my mentality evil, but I'm literally just stating facts. It's how those facts are processed while you're alive that matters. Before you die, you can know that you won't be able to feel relief or remorse about the circumstances of your death, but act in a certain way to shield those who live on anyway, or you can not do that and let those who live on have a hard time when you're dead. One is obviously the "good" option, but my whole (truthful) point here is that whatever option you take will cease to matter to you after you die.

tbh fluoride is only one of many unhealthy additives that are put in food, water, and medicine nowadays. HFCS is banned all over Europe but it's in everything around here. MSG is also banned in Europe, not America of course.

I never cared about this crap until I got so sick from it all, but now that I've looked into it a lot, shit is pretty scary.

I'm such a fool.
Yeah, for real. MSG is worse than HFCS, yet that's not what everyone's focusing on.

The worst, though, are foods that are genetically modified by Monsanto, and those sprayed all over with Roundup.

Okay, you don't know what solipsism means. I feel better now.
Okay, you don't know what "philosophically indistinct" means.

Quote
A solipsist literally believes that everyone is a figment of their imagination. I'm just saying the fact that you won't be able to process the emotions of shame or guilt when you're dead. It's really not debateable.
Just because you're dead, doesn't mean that, IF YOU WERE ALIVE, you still wouldn't want things. And those things should be respected.

Believing otherwise makes you no better than, and philosophically indistinct from, the most retarded solipsist ever.

Your mentality is pure evil.

b-but flouride is totally safe guys! Um get out of here alex jones

see guys I called him alex jones its okay, his argument is shut down now

It's just the fact that, to you, any ties to relatives, loved ones, or the planet disappear when you kill yourself. The shame and guilt of suicide or how people find you won't even exist.
This is philosophically indistinct from solipsism, and neurologically indistinct from severe retardation.

Flouride is bad for you.

People who were anti-tobacco were publicly ostracized as "loonies" in the 40s

keep slurping up your poison because the government held your hand and promised you it was safe

Man I love healthy teeth and fluoridated water

Feels good
Man I love healthy teeth and unflourinated water

Feels good
Sodium aluminium fluoride is still sprayed on produce as a disinfectant/pesticide, so you're still probably ingesting it even if you don't use fluoride toothpaste.
Yeah, if you're eating fucking grocery store produce. It's called organic, non-sprayed, non-GMO food. Pretty easy to find if you're trying.

These are all terrible suicide tips Desty, they're about shit that don't even matter to you, since you're dead.
If I were to kill myself, I wouldn't want to leave a mess for someone to clean up, so yes, it would matter to me.
If you were to kill yourself, every convinction and desire would cease to exist.
Well a lot of suicidal people hang on for the people close to them
Plus it's just common decency to not leave a mess
He's a solipsist. He doesn't understand the concept that other people exist, and continue to exist after you die.
What? No, I'm not. Solipsism is ridiculous, a trillion personalities and lives couldn't be subconsciously devised by a single person.

It's just the fact that, to you, any ties to relatives, loved ones, or the planet disappear when you kill yourself. The shame and guilt of suicide or how people find you won't even exist.

If the government really cared about our health, they would start by not allowing half the food items that are currently sold in grocery stores. They would do something about the corruption and influence that the pharmaceutical companies has on the FDA. They would do something about Glyphosate being sprayed on our food. But god forbid the American people get cavities. Lets just dump a known neurotoxin into the water supply and tell them it's good for them.
Lmao, exactly. I love how for the longest time, the government's line was "What? We don't put anything in water, what are you talking about?" And then when an independent study found out that they 100% fucking do, the tone changed to "Well yeah, we do, but only because it's so good for you. We're just looking out for you."

And then you have the people who just slurp up that explanation without a second thought. God forbid you look like one of those kooky conspiracy theorists!

The ROC in Taiwan is China's legitimate government, anyway. Another example of the UN being completely lazy and weak to do shit when it comes down to it.

Just be smart and only use tap water for bathing, cleaning dishes, and such
Good, I already do that. But I use toothpaste with extra fluoride, Dentist's orders.
I mean, that's your own choice, but the idea that flouride is good for you is a broad misconception. You can have perfectly healthy teeth while using flouride free toothpaste, as I do.

He said Mexican, not American
Oh shit! Since some places put chlorine and fluoride in their supply does it count as contaminated?
Uh, yeah. That's the definition of the word.
So why do they let us drink it?!
Same reason they let us eat GMOs. Just be smart and only use tap water for bathing, cleaning dishes, and such

a living expense that isn't like your electric bill or rent

For me, it's getting water. There's no local spring in Royal Oak like there is in Asheville, so I have to buy it all from the store.

What about you?

11609
Which is nebulous as all fuck, whereas the consumption of alcohol is a direct harm. There is no "potentiality" there--if you drink while pregnant, you ARE harming your unborn child.
You are sure, but as a fetus, it isn't considered human yet, which is one of the reasons why abortion is free game. Since it's not considered human, it shouldn't be afforded the same rights and protections as a human.
But it will be a human.

I just want to clarify for anyone participating in this thread that a fetus is a biologically distinct human being, an individual human life that isn't merely a "potential" person or a part of the mother's body by any genetic, biological, or medical definition.
I just want to clarify for anyone participating in this thread that this little "helpful" comment is complete bullshit and Turkey is, once again, talking out of his ass.
