If you do not believe in bodily autonomy, I'm interested in knowing on what grounds you see abortion as justified.

I disagree with your comparison. Someone abusing drugs is only affecting themselves. Someone drinking is the only one getting drunk. People refusing vaccines for their child affects way more people. You run the risk of your child getting sick, you run the risk of infecting other children. It's not just you. It feels more akin to drinking and driving actually. It's a risk to other people when you make that choice.
