The vanilla Bethesda game is like your default coloring book. The art is there and you can definitely keep it like that if you want. But the people who made it want you to color in everything just as Bethesda wants the people who buy their games to mod them. Except coloring books are specifically designed for you to color them.
No Bethesda game is designed specifically to be modified.

Advocating is not the same thing as saying, "Our games are made specifically for the purpose of modification."
